Old Florida Cottages is part of a private community in Santa Rosa Beach. The pools in the center of the community is heated in the early winter and spring. There is a bath house, a covered lanai, tables and chairs waiting for a picnic, and two gas grills. The beach is a stroll of 200-yards with no road to cross and restrooms and parking are included.
The cottages are for rent and there is so much in walking distance including numerous local restaurants, Gulf Place’s trendy shops, a seafood market, and miles of trails for bikes along 30-A. The cottages are close to Destin, the Santa Rosa Golf Club, Sandestin, Grayton Beach, Seaside, the new Grande Boulevard town center, the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, the Publix super market, delicious dining, and upscale shopping.
