This house boasts a private pool, but is just steps away from one of the most gorgeous beaches in the world. The half mile stretch of pristine beach is private, and has gated access just for residents and guests of the Bid-A-Wee community. Enjoy the sand and the emerald waters of the gulf with a beautiful, unspoiled view. That’s right, no buildings or development to spoil your time at the beach!
Treetop Retreat is a lovely, up-to-date, vacation home that will not disappoint when it comes to luxury and comfort. This house has 4 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths. First you have 2 bedrooms that each have an enormous king size bed, next a bedroom with 2 twin size bunk beds, and the final bedroom features a trundle bed that will make either 2 twin size or a king size bed. That gives you room to sleep 10 people. You will rest well and comfortably on new mattresses throughout the house. Each bedroom has it’s own TV.
This house features a bright, airy, great room that has a large flat screen TV as well as a Smart Blu-Ray DVR. Here you’ll have free cable tv and wifi. It also has an up-to-date kitchen fully equipped with all appliances, cooking gear, and granite counter tops. It also has a microwave and dishwasher. You’ll even have a washer and drier. It offers all the comforts you have come to expect in life. We want to be sure that you want for nothing in this house.
The best feature of this house is the backyard with the tropical pool. That’s right the landscaping creates your very own tropical oasis where you can lounge or swim. A 6 foot tall privacy fence creates a space where you can relax in luxury as well as have privacy. You won’t find rentals with more to off than this house. Weekly lawn service and weekly pool service ensure that everything is kept looking great during your stay, and all you have to do is enjoy.
What about parking? There is a garage for your car. But that’s not all! The long double driveways ensure that you have off-street space to park whatever you many bring whether it’s a boat, trailer, or extra cars. Last but certainly not least there are 9 bicycles for you and your guests to ride around town. We want to make sure you enjoy your trip, so we provide a fun way for you to explore the local sights.

As a guest of this house you’ll have gate access to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, which is owned by the residents.
You won’t be short on things to do besides the beach either. If you want to do some shopping, Pier Park, a brightly colored open-air gem, features your favorite national chain stores as well as local favorites. The lineup includes Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Ron Jon’s Surf Shop, Dillard’s, Target, Starbucks, and others. Visitors to Pier Park enjoy park-like walkways, spectacular Gulf views and year-round activities for all ages. Or head to 30A where the beach communities offer you a different shopping and dining experience along the way. Bring your paddle board so you can enjoy Eastern Lake or grab your golf clubs and play a round at the Camp Creek Country Club. No matter what you enjoy you’ll be able to find something you love to do. The west end of Panama City Beach has a variety of sports venues, dining and entertainment attractions and offers.
