Welcome to Sterling Breeze 605! Let’s start with the condo’s bedding configuration: King, Twin Bunk Beds, Queen Sleeper Sofa. That means this condo sleeps 6 comfortably. Starting Sept 6th the resort is doing elevator modernization and will have one elevator running while the other is being modernized, this should take 45 to 60 days but there will be always one elevator running at all times.
We purchased this Panama City Beach vacation rental condo so that we could have a beach home to share with our family, friends and others. Sterling Breeze 605 is very spacious,
and being on the sixth floor offers fantastic views of the beach as soon as you walk through the door. Bask in the sun on the balcony that gives a view of the world’s most beautiful white sand beaches and emerald blue waters. Our condo offers one bedroom as well as two bathrooms. Up to six people can sleep comfortably with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen offers granite countertops with a charming bar and chairs. The Gulf front living room features a queen sleeper sofa. With your binoculars you can watch dolphins playing in the gulf while, at the same time, drinking morning coffee on our beach front balcony.
This is a beautiful condo with an upscale beach look that’s really popular, including a kid-friendly bunk area. Plus, there’s an electric grill on the balcony that means cook out time is anytime.

NOTE: Guests of this property are required to pay an additional $50 amenity fee to access the pool and for parking. Guests will be provided a link to register their vehicles and pay the fee prior to their arrival. Each vehicle is a $50 cost per pass.
