Our vacation residence is like no other in Jade East. We have spared no expense in creating the kind of luxury vacation residence that you’ll be amazed by from the moment you set foot in the property. We’ve made sure our vacation condominium has everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay with us. You’ll find that our condo is not only spacious and well maintained but we continue to add special touches that make it the perfect environment for a wonderful and relaxing vacation experience. It’s home, but better. After all, it’s located on the world’s most beautiful beach. And from this wonderful spot you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf you’ll see through the sliding glass doors that open to an expansive balcony. No matter how beautiful we’ve made the inside we find ourselves spending lots of time here because of the wonderful views of the beach and gulf. Whenever we come down we bring along binoculars to enjoy the dolphins while having our morning coffee. Make sure you take time like we do to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets that are the perfect end to an exciting day - - - or the beginning of an enchanting evening.

Jade East is a unique boutique resort Asian style building located in the heart of Destin. It’s convenient to all of the attractions that vacationers to Destin want but it’s a gated resort building so that you can feel safe while you’re here. It’s located minutes from world-class golf, challenging sport fishing, exquisite restaurants and boutique shops. The resort has a great many wonderful features:

This unit is perfect! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the condo and all the views of the Gulf. Dolphins swam past every day. Great location to everything you need and want to do. Will definitely be visiting this property again!

This is the 2nd year in a row that my two girlfriends and I have stayed at Jade East #1220. We just returned two weeks ago from our 2nd stay. Everything about this beautiful end unit makes you want to return again and again. Everything is still in top-notch condition and just as pictured in on the Best Beach Getaways site. The views are breathtaking from this beachfront balcony. With it being an end unit, you can also see for miles while sitting inside beside the floor to ceiling windows in one of their comfy chairs. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom which made it really nice of us 3 lifetime friends who have travelled together for 40+ years to have our own quite space.
This year all of 3 of us have dealt with very serious health issues ... one still battling cancer. So, for us, this year was very special to us. Stepping into unit #1220 felt like being home, for we knew exactly where everything was and what to expect. Actually, during our 7 days spent there you would find us most days relaxing on the balcony for most of the day... reliving the wonderful memories we have been blessed to make together. We only walked down to the beach once and went out long enough each evening to enjoy dinner at the fabulous restaurants that Destin has to offer.
In fact, this unit is such a hidden 'jewel', that it is hard to share with others. Jim, the owner of BBG was really helpful and a delight to work with when we stayed last year.
This year, we had issues with all 3 TV's, not fully understanding how they worked, and Jamie who was in charge of maintenance, came right out to correct the problem. Can't praise her enough for her kindness!! If I could give this gorgeous condo a 10- star rating, I would. Thank you, Connie (the owner) for sharing your home by from home with us. We had the best vacation ever!

Our family vacation at this Jade East condo was truly amazing. I wanted to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets… and I did because our view was perfect. The condo was absolutely perfect!!! I can’t wait for another Destin trip and would most definitely want that condo again. We had no issues- the condo was wonderful and we all had our “space”.

We stayed at the Jade East condo for a girls trip and it was wonderful! The view was spectacular! The beds were comfortable and the condo had great amenities. The only request I would make would be a new coffee maker. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay! I will be back for sure!

This condo is laid out in such a way as to maximize ocean views from varied windows. The beds were luscious. Could use some knives that are sharp and beach towels. We enjoyed being able to have our own beach chairs and Trey was very attentive. They also provide flavored icees and bags of ice. Will definitely return for another visit.

It was an easy process to get in and out of the condo. The view was amazing and the condo was very clean. It was a great location get to anything you may like (golf, harbor, and shipping). We will differently go back and I really hope this condo is available when we do plan our next trip to Destin.
