Beautiful home and gorgeous beach! Perfect location with new shops just up the road, a walkable distance from the home. Lovely views from the top deck. The home is very close to the pool across the street and just 70 steps to the white sand beach.

Friends and I stayed at The Amazing Place in Seagrove for the fourth time while visiting Santa Rosa Beach. It is perfect in every way: the house, the location, and the beach.
The house is cozy while having more than enough room for everyone. We each have our own suite with a king sized bed, full bathroom, and a private porch or deck. The kitchen is well maintained and open to both the dining and living rooms. The house allows for a quiet space for everyone and shared common areas to enjoy.
The house location is ideal. It veer’s slightly off 30A making it more private and less congested. However, you’re only minutes away from the other popular areas such as Seaside and Rosemary Beach. There is a newer development (since our last trip) that is walking distance. It is an upscale shopping area with restaurants and specialty shops. There is a good coffeehouse that offers breakfast and lunch.
Finally, the house is a stone’s throw away from the pool and only minutes from the beach. The beach is the prettiest one I have ever visited with the white sand and clear blue water. And the sunset is worth an extra walk to the beach.
I/we will continue to reserve this house as it truly is an amazing place!!!

This house had (almost) everything we needed to make spring break 2024 amazing. The bedrooms were perfect sizes and each bedroom had a bathroom connected which allowed my teenagers to keep their mess in their areas. The top floor living area/bunk room was perfect for the tweens and it gave them their own space to watch TV and giggle loudly. The main living area and kitchen had all the things we needed. If I had to give one recommendation it would be to allow golf carts.

Highly recommend! Amazing Place is a beautiful and very spacious home. Convenient to pool, beach and shopping. Lots of places for family to spread out. The beds were so comfortable it was hard to get up in morning. Everything was perfect. If I had to make one suggestion it would be more fobs available for larger families. Small inconvenience but did not alter how much we enjoyed our time there.
