This fully equipped cottage located on the green in Sandestin Resort Fairways is the perfect setting to experience all the resort has to offer. From restaurants and entertainment in Baytowne Village, to a day on the beach at the Gulf, you can do it all! The 4 person golf cart is an added perk to the home and may be unavailable for usage for guests at times for repairs, maintenance etc.

*Fully outfitted Kitchen, Dining and Living Room with a 60" TV on the main floor overlooks an outdoor deck for dining and grilling (propane). Powder Room off entryway.
*Second floor Master Bedroom with a King, 42" TV, beautiful view of the green, private bath with double vanity, tub/shower combo.
*Second bedroom on second floor features a Full bed and a roll away twin bed, 42" TV, peek of the Bay to the North and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
*Propane Grill. Keurig Coffee Maker. One car can park out front. Golf Cart included with rental.

We had a great experience through Best Beach Getaways. They were prompt on any questions or concerns we may have had. The place was great and clean! We stayed at Sandestin which is a very nice community in the Destin area. Overall great experience and we plan to be back here and use them other places they have properties.

My daughter and I spent the Easter break in Destin. The condo on Eagle drive was very nice, it was clean and met our needs. The golf cart was great to have to drive around the property. I would stay here again.

We stay in Sandestin resort every year for vacation, but this our first time in a townhouse. This townhouse was beautiful. The beds were comfortable, the interior design was very gorgeous, and the view was breathtaking. We made sure to rent the golf cart for this unit and it made a world of difference. Instead of tracking sand in my SUV, we brought the cart to the beach and back. We also enjoyed the occasional stroll through the large resort on it. My family enjoyed this trip thoroughly and the house made it much more enjoyable. It comes stocked with all the essentials and spare bedding. They even have a few board games for family nights. I would definitely recommend staying here and plan to do so again. Thank you for hosting our family.
