This unit features all new living room furniture with a built-in wine fridge, a 70-inch TV, and plenty of games. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen along with your dining area. The master bedroom has a spacious king bed, TV, and 2 dressers. The master bath has 2 sinks, a walk-in shower, and a custom-built walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has a bunk beds and a queen bed, TV, dresser, ample closet space, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Are you ready for the beach? This unit has an umbrella, wind tent, boogie boards, skim boards, sand/beach toys, games, and more. All linen, towels, and beach towels are provided along with your own washer and dryer. La Costa is in walking distance from the Historic Bridge Street, the Hub of entertainment in this wonderful beach community, a street where you can shop, dine, and play from beach to bay. The free trolley also makes a stop on Gulf Drive, very close to La Costa. Take the trolley to the beach or anywhere else you want to visit on the island without worrying about getting sand in your car. Visit downtown Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach, or any of the local restaurants or establishments. You can even jump on the trolley for just a scenic ride around the island! In addition to the free trolleys, locals and visitors alike can travel up and down the island for exceptional quality seafood restaurants and coastal living shops via bike, golf cart, kayak, or boat. This area also offers a great variety of boat tours, fishing charters, parasailing, scuba diving, and Golf among many other exciting activities. Everything about the LaCosta condo was perfect! From being located directed on the beach, having a pool and condo supplied with everything to cook and drink! We will rent again!

Unit 116 is very well appointed and by far one of the nicest unit we've rented at LaCosta. Unit has a straight on view of the gulf, is located towards the end of the building (meaning not over the pool and social area), so quieter than some of the other units. Easy walk to many restaurants, shops and pier. Truly enjoyable!

It was a wonderful week with gorgeous weather. We love this #116 condo second time to stay in it. Was dissapointed that it was already booked for our week for next year. They always gave us first chance when we left to book same condo for the next year.
