Summerwind 1004W – Sandtastic

Great place to stay the staff will call and make sure everything is working great I will definitely be back next time maybe for a month

Excellent condo for our family vacation! We always stat at the Summerwinds, we come down to Navarre 4 times a year and will always choose a condo there. Everything is perfect for a vacation getaway. Will always recommend the Summerwinds and the rental company we book thru ! Easy to navigate website, book and always arrive to a very clean condo- always receive a 5 star review from our family! We enjoyed our stay and we were pleased with the condo. We had trouble figuring out our dishwasher and they were there quickly to help! Error on our end lol! He also fixed the clogged tub drain while he was there! Nice condo!
Very friendly and helpful.

They need to put dressers or drawers in the front two bedrooms for guests to use. Also need to put blackout curtains in the front bedroom to keep the light from the hallway out. All in all our stay was wonderful! Plan on returning next year.
Great. Condo was very nice. Beach was beautiful. Easy to deal with. Nice condo just wish both elevators were working.

Condo was as presented; very clean, warm and kitchen items were great. Views from the condo are amazing. We loved the property layout and felt very safe. Staff and guests were very friendly and we were always greeted with a smile.


Engaged with staff by phone and in the halls, everyone very helpful and always presenting with a smile. Customer service of highest standards in all engagements.

The security presence was 100% and much appreciated. Security staff were very personable to guests as they double checked resort bands. Engaging with guests and their children was positive and very natural.

We look forward to planning a return visit to Summerwinds Resort.

When we come to the beach we always stay at Navarre. The website was easy to navigate and the pictures were great.

I've stayed at SW the last few years and each unit I've stayed in has been great! The property itself is well maintained and right on the beach. My family loves coming here.
The few times I had to talk with a team member they were very helpful and friendly.

We have stayed in various Summerwind condos throughout the years, and 1004W is by far among the best, esp the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, with absolutely everything we needed.
Our only interaction with team members was to locate a key to the fitness center which was not included in our welcome package. They were helpful and provided the key.

It was so nice we have already reserved a place for next years Parade.
They were very welcoming and made me feel like family.
