Summerwind 1302E – Pure Bliss

All seemed fine for my short stay.

Our stay with Best Beach was perfect! The booking process was quick and easy. We arrived early in the day. I let them know we were in town, and they shortly messaged us and gave us early access to the condo. It was extremely clean. We stayed in the same building in a condo that an individual owned back in December. This condo was much cleaner! We enjoyed the shower that didn't have a shower curtain. To be honest, the shower was the deciding factor on which condo we chose! The patio furniture was nice, the bed was comfy, the couches were comfy, and the view was amazing. The A/C worked great, and we never ran out of hot water. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths. We visit Navarre a couple of times a year. I think we'll book with Best Beaches from now on!

Beautiful accommodations!!! We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation, wonderful experience ? We will be back next year!

We love Summerwind and stay each summer. It is amazing!
Everything in our condo was perfect. The outlets at the bar didn't work, but that was an easy fix by moving the coffee pot. The décor was so nice. We loved everything about the condo. My husband forgot to put the checkmark at the end of the code and couldn't get in the condo, but went downstairs and the staff was very helpful in helping him get in.

The unit was beautiful & updated with nice decor. It was extremely clean...that I loved. The balcony view was astounding. The balcony furniture was cozy & nice.

We loved our stay at Navarre Properties! The location of our condo was excellent and our kids had a great time in the pool. My husband and I loved not having to worry about amenities or travel hassle. We just arrived, unpacked, and PLAYED! Thank you!
As I said, Ben was very polite. I called to check in early, since we arrived earlier than expected. Although our condo wasn't ready yet, he called both myself and my husband the moment that it was clean and let us know that we could check in.

Everyone was very nice! We got to the condos right at 3:00. We called to see if we could go ahead and check in. Within minutes we had email to check in.

1302E is a great one-bedroom option! Nice design elements, plenty of space and easy access to the pool and beach.

Only interacted via phone, but the staff was exceptional with both assisting when we had to change our plans due to COVID and with the check-in process.

Great condo!

The condo was perfectly 'beachy' decorated, clean and ready for our stay. We come to play on the beach and pretty much only sleep in the unit. The balcony view is fabulous overlooking the Pier.
We didn't need to interact with anyone other than for check in. It was nice. We were contacted by the Property to see if someone could come in and change the cushions on the balcony for the owner and we agreed, however I think this should be planned for when the unit is empty and transitioning for the next client. I also was not thrilled that they came in to complete pest control while we were staying in the unit as well, but I realize this is necessary.

We truly love staying at navarre it is a beautiful area. Our biggest complaint is that it is impossible to set up our own chairs on the beach. The Chair rental companies, Take up all the good spots on the beach. Several days we had to take our chairs and place them East of the pier because there was no room and front of the condos. I guess if we wanted to get up at 5 o'clock in the morning and take our chairs down we could have a seat but this is our vacation,getting up that early to put chairs on the beach is a little crazy. I believe that company should leave room for yes that are not using their chairs.
As I said earlier the staff was just great they were very helpful and knowledgeable

This was our family's third visit to Summerwind. We absolutely consider it our second home and have no plans to look any further when visiting the Gulf.
Efficient, accommodating, and friendly.

I left a list of issues regarding the property, at the desk, at checkout. Some were minor maintenance issues, but the main complaint was that the living room furniture is extremely uncomfortable.

Nice shower. Furniture not comfy and the bed was not that comfortable. But enjoyed our stay!!!

We love the property and enjoy the spacious units. However, the mattress in our unit was terrible. We've been visiting for the past four years, and my only complaint is the mattress in 1302e.

This is our second year staying here and we will hopefully begging back next year. It is our favorite place to stay on vacation! Our room as always was very clean and accommodating!

We have been coming to Summerwind for years. It is special because of the non commercial area on the island yet if you need anything, it is a short drive.

See above, the fact that we couldn't use the balcony was a bummer. We were told that we might not have the use of the balcony for a day. In fact it was blocked 6 days. Impact drills and saws were deafening. Staff was understanding and professional, but it still was a bad experience.

It was not as good as in years before.
I realized I forgot my charger to my kindle and a bathing suit top. I have called 3 times. They said they emailed housekeeping, but I still have not heard anything.

They were great. They called me about the time I landed (late)to make sure I knew my room was ready and then made sure I had directions and gave me information on how to check in late.

our family continues to grow, this time we rented a 3/3 and this unit. who knows next time we may need more room.

Our stay was relaxing and peaceful. It was exactly the experience we were hoping for on our vacation. The condo was nicely updated and the view can not be beat!
