Summerwind 403C – Beach Haven

We had a great vacation in this condo. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed - including a crock pot! The unit was well decorated and clean and we were able to settle in and felt at home there. The fans in the unit were a great addition too! The view is amazing from the balcony - we spent a lot of time out there. We would definitely consider this unit again on a return trip!

LOVE. LOVE. LOVE. We stayed in 403C and could not be more pleased with the cleanliness, the setup, the supplies or the view. Everything was immaculate! Will definitely stay here again!
I didnt have to work directly with members of your team as everything was perfect for us. Booking our trip with ease, payment, the keyless entry, and the spotless condo. So, behind the scenes, your team was phenomenal.

I understand that a unit has to be cleaned properly but it seemed odd to me that it is advertised that check in is at 3 pm. But then a few days before arrival the email states check in begins at 3pm but no later than 5 pm. I think a lot of people plan their arrival time based on that check in time so some transparency upfront about that would be best.
We had a technical issue with the electronics. They weee very quick to fix the issues and were very pleasant in the process.

This unit was perfect! Everything was updated and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked. Comfortable mattresses. We will definitely rent this unit again.

We loved staying in SW 403C. Perfect for big families who want to stay together. Staying in a unit at Summerwind is much better than a hotel because it's just like a mini house. We were able to wash clothes, cook our own meals, buy groceries versus eating out every day, and the patio view was a beautiful sight for sure.
We had a contactless check in due to covid policies but we spoke to staff over the phone and through emails and they were always helpful and explained anything or answered our questions perfectly.

Our stay was perfect we even stayed several says longer because we did not want to leave. Our stay was during a holiday and summer so this was their busiest time, booked full for sure. When we went to talk to the Manager to see if they could accommodate us for a few more days she worked diligently to try and accommodate us. The Manager Petra took amazing care of us she found another unit for for the extra days because the unit we were in was booked for the extra days. Even thou we had to move to another unit it she made it effortless for us, the transition went really smooth. The staff at Summerwinds is always super accommodating!! We love this place and cannot wait to go back to visit!!!!

I have stayed in Florida condos before, but never in any as beautiful and convenient as Summerwind. It was an amazing vacation for us! I was especially impressed with the incredible affordability considering it was right there on the beach! Truly a dream vacation for anybody! I will be recommending this property to my friends.

Overall we had a fabulous vacation. But there are always things that can be improved upon. GFI in kitchen needs to be replaced. Had a problem with coffee maker not working. Husband reset GFI but it took several attempts as the outlet is very loose. Also the carpet is not desirable as it holds on to the sand from the beach. I think the room would "feel" cleaner without carpets. The major complaint we had though was being walked in on by another renter. We were on the balcony and I looked inside and there were people in our room! Obviously the front desk directed them to the wrong building but it was unnerving that someone else had the combination to our door. Mistakes happen and we didn't even call to report the incident but maybe there is room for improvement in the check in process. Also more carts would be nice along with a free umbrella/chair per condo per day as a perk.
Your employees made this a simple process. Very friendly and easy to work with.

SummerWind 403C was exactly as pictured on website- clean, good air-conditioning, all TV's working, WiFi good, fast elevators, well supplied kitchen, washer & dryer all in working order-pools & deck areas were clean- beautiful safe beach! We will come again!
Received plenty of email updates and instructions from Navarre Properties before out trip- I called to confirm reservation and was helped promptly and friendly- Check in and out was easy and fast- no hassle!
