Located in the center building on the 8th floor, this upscale Beach Home is a 3 Bedroom and 3 Bath Getaway for large families or multiple families up to 9. The breathtaking coastal view of the Emerald Coast and Florida’s longest Fishing Pier are right outside your condo. This property features a “wrap around” Gulf front balcony with plenty of seating and crystal-clear water scenes that make you never want to leave your view. Yet, the sugar white sands and tranquil surf entice you to explore the beach and pool. Sunrises and Sunsets are incredible and will make you want to wake up early and go to bed late.

This condo was refurbished in 2024 with fresh paint, hardwood floors and many updates. The Master bedroom features a King size bed with easy private access to your balcony and the Gulf Coast. The attached bathroom has a double vanity, whirlpool tub and walk in shower. The Second bedroom offers a new King size Bed Suite with a private full bathroom and a view of Navarre Sound. The Third bedroom has a new Twin Over Full Pyramid Bunk with a Twin Bed Trundle that can sleep up to 4. The living room has a prime view of the beach along with a new Sleeper Queen Size Sofa. The fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances and washer/dryer closet offers all the necessities to enjoy your stay at Navarre Beach.

The Beach Town of Navarre itself has plenty of amenities, groceries and restaurants. However, with the fishing pier and next-door restaurants and bars, there may be few reasons to cross back over the bridge to the town of Navarre during your stay.

The Condo was clean and ready for our stay. The view was spectacular. We did have to call maintenance for a few items during the first part of our week but they were very prompt at responding and fixing the issue. We had plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved having the chairs and umbrella set up for us every day. Will definitely stay again

From beginning to end we encountered not one single problem, not one single disappointment, we were so happy with the suite, the view was majestic , the staff was so friendly and helpful even other tourist like ourselves were so friendly, we talked on the way home and plan to make it our permanent vacation spot and will definitely be returning in 2022.
I felt so comfortable before we even left due to all the e mails and the information you supplied us in advance. Everyone was so friendly and helpful we will definitely be returning and will probably request the same suite!

Your property employees were great as well. TJ was always walking around checking things and greeting people which made you feel secure. Melissa and Miya did a great keeping the property clean.

Pools very clean and always able to get a chair. Seen them blowing sand off property constantly. Security people presence very well observed and they may seem a little stern but obviously do what they need to do to keep this property safe and keep people that do not belong there off of the property.
Check in was very easy. I went in assuming we would be waiting for who knows how long to check in but we walked right up to the counter. They told us everything we needed to know and we moved on to enjoying our vacation in probably less than 10 minutes. I hate to leave too many good reviews because I feel like this place is a very well kept secret and I don't want to see anything change or see it become crazy busy! We met a couple of unit owners that don't even rent their places out and they were very nice and shared a lot of local information with us. I really cannot fully convey how very nice this place is. PLEASE keep up the GREAT work and don't ever let these amazing qualities go to your heads and change you for the worse!

We would love to come back to Navarre, and stay at Summerwind whether in 801C or one of the other condos. It was very restful and we enjoyed our time so much it was hard to leave.

The condo was so very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The wraparound balcony was amazing and we so enjoyed just sitting out there enjoying the beautiful view. Even though it rained quite a bit while we were there, we still had a great time thanks to the beautiful condo and the wraparound balcony.
Your team was amazing. It started when we made the reservation on the phone and the agent was so very friendly and helpful. The staff was kind enough to call us and let us know our unit was ready for occupancy. When we arrived the check-in was effortless and the staff was so very friendly. The absolute best experience we have had with a beach rental team! Thanks for making it effortless.

The only area that needs improvement is the fitness rooms. I use ithem every time I visit and the quality of the equipment and the size of the room is disappointing. I believe many people like myself would like to exercise while on vacation but the poor quality of your fitness room deters them. I think an upgraded fitness area would be a big selling point, especially for baby boomers like myself.

Nice family vacation
Only issue I had was having to call for maintenance 2 days in a row. I called when the office opened one morning, was disappointed no one showed all day. When I called back the following morning, another work order was placed and maintenance came quickly. (and the plumber was very nice and polite).

My family rented two condominiums for seven days. The 9 adults and 1 child loved the short walk to the beach and being able to watch the gulf from our balconies. Some of us went deep sea fishing and we enjoyed fresh fish cooked on the condos' grills, it was delicious. Everything was so convenient, the accommodations were beautiful and comfortable. No one wanted to leave.
