Summersweet Retreat is spacious and welcoming, offering room for up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths and plenty of living space. It’s the ideal place to make lasting memories with family and friends. Plus, this home qualifies for extra amenities once your reservation is confirmed! Choose bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, whatever you desire to explore WaterColor, your way! Oh! And did we mention the 6 seater golf cart* that is included?

Choose additional amenities – Explore your way, by bike, kayak, paddle board, whichever form, using a credit towards amenities based on your length of stay.

Parking – Driveway space for 1 car, with additional public parking nearby (first-come, first-served). RVs and trailers are not permitted by HOA.

2nd Floor Queen with Single Day bed and Trundle Guest Room 2 – Private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, Smart TV, and walk in closet.
2nd Floor Bunk Room – Twin-over-twin bunk beds with ladder and guardrail, under-bed storage, flat-screen TV, and shared hallway access to a full bath with a combination shower/tub.
2nd-floor TV room with hallway access to shared full bath with a combination shower/tub. Half bath located off kitchen.

About Watercolor

The popular Watercolor Beach Club is a gulf-front club that features three pools, 3 restaurants, & multiple floors with tons of seating and unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. Watercolor has its own private beach with direct access to the gulf. Camp Watercolor offers a lazy river and 2 additional pools with waterslides. The Camp also has a restaurant and bar and overlooks a large green space perfect for playing soccer or other outdoor activities. There are three additional pools throughout the community. Watercolor tennis offers 5 clay tennis courts, 2 pickle ball courts, and a pro shop. Tennis and pickle ball clinics/lessons are offered daily. Watercolor has a Boathouse located on the rare coastal dune lake, Western Lake. The Boathouse offers workout classes and kayak/paddle board rentals.
