Truly ''one of a kind!" There is no property quite like this condo, starting with the convenient ground floor location and the recent updates by the owner, this beach condo feels more like a home!

No elevators, no stairs, easy access to a unique ''beachside resort''. The ceilings are 11 feet high, creating a space that seems much larger than the 1,569 sq ft. The beach is your backyard, providing a rare expansive view few people experience in a condo setting. From 9/16/2024 to 2/25/2025 they will be repairing balconies and parts of the building on the west side from stacks 06 to stacks 11

Guests love the open floorplan of the condo, with the dining room off of the living room, there are no ''shot gun'' views typical of most beach condos. Two large bedrooms, each with access to a bathroom. And, a customized bunk area with Full over Full beds kids will love when they visit! The master bath has a shower and tub, and the second bath has a stand alone shower for the bunk and back bedroom. Parking passes starting 1/1/25 are now $50 per pass

Aqua is the premiere destination in Panama City Beach. This classic property features elegant water features and multiple pools and hot tub. It is one of the few resorts to offer covered heated pools for any cool days. The floorplans, and the wide gulf front balconies capture phenomenal gulf views.

Aqua is located across from Pier Park, and is within easy walking distance to dozens of restaurants, entertainment venues, movie theater, live music, Gulf World aquarium, and even an amusement park. Its the best location on the beach.

The first floor location in Aqua is an unrivaled amenity, and this is the only 2 Bedroom with an additional bunk area located on the first floor. Aqua 111 still offers superior gulf views without ever having to get in an elevator. It is truly like having your own private beach house.

NOTE: There is a new hotel under construction next door, all of the exterior work is done, and they are finishing the interior, so any construction noise should be minimal during the day.

We had a wonderful stay. Being on the first floor and the location of the room, it was very convenient for coming and going and we still had a nice view of the ocean. The rooms are very spacious as well and it's nicely decorated. I would stay here again!

This was a really nice unit. Aqua is a great complex to stay at, this was our 2nd time, 1st in this unit. The ground floor cannot be beat! It was so convenient to the parking garage, pool and beach. We loved the amenities and Best Beach staff was very helpful and easy to work with. We’ll be back!

The condo was very nice, the spacious layout suited our family perfectly as we had a member using a walker to get around. The kitchen had plenty of cook/ bakeware and counter top appliances. The bedrooms were spacious. The only negative things I could mention was the sand, but it’s Florida!!! I was constantly sweeping, The vacuum really didn’t pick it up. A few more throw rugs might be nice. The only other negative (not the fault of the owner) was that the dog walk area was right around the corner and other visitors were using the area in front of the patio. We contacted the Aqua’s front desk to ask for better signage, who can enjoy a sunrise and their morning coffee that way.
Overall this condo met our expectations beautifully.

We arrived on Monday, July 3rd our condo was clean and had everything we need. Check in was simply just using the door code and arriving. We really enjoyed our stay in Aqua 111. The kitchen had everything we needed. The view of the beach is a little obstructed with it being on the ground floor but not much. I would rather have that view and be on the ground floor. All in all the condo was clean, plenty of space and great. I would definitely stay here again.

Aqua 111 is by far our favorite place to stay in PCB. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Literally 5 minutes walking from pier park. It’s so nice. The staff is amazing. Absolutely zero complaints. We love it here.
