Welcome to Aqua 1808

Our condo is a beautiful beachfront property has breathtaking views of the beach and gulf which you can enjoy on our new balcony furnishings! This is a 2 bedroom 2bath unit with an extra-large balcony on the 18th floor of AQUA in Panama City Beach, Florida. Our condo is decorated for maximum comfort. We wanted to create the feel of home at the beach. We also wanted to make this a home away from home. For us and our guests. We hope you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy some of the unique features of this wonderful beach environment. As a bonus, beach services is included for 2024!
From 9/16/2024 to 2/25/2025 they will be repairing balconies and parts of the building on the west side from stacks 06 to stacks 11

The minimum acceptable ratio of occupants in our rental units is one (1) person over the age of 25 for every four (4) persons under the age of 25 occupying the rental property except during Spring Break. During Spring Break, the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person over the age of 25 for every two (2) persons under the age of 25.

We absolutely loved our stay! Clean nice and very accommodating! My son lost his wallet with cash in it and someone turned it in with all the cash still in it! Aqua is a nice place!

We enjoyed our stay at Aqua 1808! Condo was clean and extremely nice! The entire facility was nice as well. Every employee we ran into was kind and helpful. The sky bridge to walk across to the parking deck put you on the side of the road most places were. Very conveniently located near gulf world and shuckums which made us not have to drive very far! The beach chair rentals that were included were an added bonus! We are already looking to stay at Aqua again next year!

Unit 1808 at The Aqua is a large one bedroom with a separate bunk room and larger balcony. The unit is clean and well equipped with dishes, cookware etc. The location on the 18th floor separates the unit from a lot of the street noise. This is our first time renting through Best Beach Getaways and have found them to be extremely easy to deal with. Everything from reservation to final payment and check-in was seamless. There were a couple of VERY minor issues that were dealt with immediately. Based on our experience, we recommend Best Beach Getaways without hesitation.

The best beach getaway is the best! Condo was perfect! Was Exactly as described, Great communication on Exactly what to do getting in and out. When we were shopping for a vacation trip we found the Best beach getaway website was the best place to shop, when you looked up a price there were no hidden fees or cost added. Very nice condo. We enjoyed the stay and was plenty of room for our needs. The balcony and view was wonderful. There were plenty of places to eat with in walking the pools and hot tub were nice as well. I would recommend this to friends and family. My only recommendation is to take a spray bottle of cleaner in case you need to clean the chairs on the balcony because of the pigeons.

We had a great time and enjoyed the patio. Went out to eat every night at great locations.
One of the best parts were the fighter jet formations that flew by every day.
