309 Aqua is a gorgeous 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom gulf front condominium located on the 3rd floor of Aqua. Located on the same floor as the walkover bridge from the garage, you can bypass the elevators to get to this beautiful gulf front condo. This condo has 1569 square feet of upscale living space that will spoil you and your family.
From 9/16/2024 to 2/25/2025 they will be repairing balconies and parts of the building on the west side from stacks 06 to stacks 11


The large living/dining/kitchen area is tiled and offers breath taking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Newly furnished in January 2014, this is a brand new condo worthy of the most discriminating traveler. The living room features ample seating and a large flat panel tv for your viewing pleasure. The large dining area offers seating for 6 with 2 extra spots at the granite bar. The spacious kitchen features upgraded stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and comes with everything you need to prepare full meals, or just mix up a few cocktails to enjoy on your private balcony while watching the sunset. 309 Aqua's master bedroom is a King sized oasis with private balcony access, wood laminate flooring, a king sized bed, flat panel TV, and a huge en-suite master bath complete with soaking tub and walk in shower. This is a perfect master retreat after a fun filled day on the beach.

Not to be outdone, the other 2 Queen bedrooms are equally well furnished and offer dedicated bathrooms to pamper the rest of your family. The living room also offers a Queen sized sleeper sofa.

Had a great time on our family vacation. Was able to get in a little early with no problem. Loved the layout of the condo giving grandma and grandpa a little space of their own away from the other 2 bedrooms. Loved the pool areas and the access to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and things to do in the area. Couldn’t ask for a better view from the balcony. The complex was getting a little noisy and luggage carts weren’t getting put back where they belonged the night before we left but overall a very enjoyable stay!!

This unit is EXTREMELY nice except for the couch which you feel you may wind up on the floor when you sit on it. Parking garage is a bit confusing but for the most part everything was great. Had a bit of a problem with the door code however was quickly taken care of.
