Elegantly decorated beach condo located at Azure Resort in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This is a 3 bedroom/3 bath condo directly overlooking the beach that sleeps 8. Master bedroom guests have direct access to the balcony and a beautiful en suite with separate Jacuzzi tub and stand up shower, double sinks with granite counters. Imagine waking up and climbing out of bed to have your morning coffee while taking in the sounds of the ocean just steps from your bedroom.

This lovely living area features a large flat screen television, allows for plenty of cozy seating for your family. It also offers breath taking views of the ocean, and access to the balcony with additional seating for outdoor relaxation with PLENTY of sunlight.

The beautiful dining room table seats 6 with 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar. There's plenty of space to dine with your family, or enjoy playing cards and board games. This modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and cookware to prepare any delicious meal with ease. Additional bedrooms provide plenty of comfort with their own tv's and conveniently each have their own spacious bathroom with shower/tub combinations and feature luxurious granite counters. This is a very large, classy, condo with some of the most beautiful views of the ocean the island can offer.

Azure 410 is a beautiful ideal condo-4th floor facing the Gulf. We really enjoyed the high chairs on the balcony for morning coffee and the evening moon rise. The pool and beach are easy to access. I particulary like the boardwalk ramp to the beach-very beach cart friendly. It had all the necessities as advertised-nice fluffy bath towels (hand towels not so much); dish soap, dishwasher pods, kitchen towels, a roll of paper towels. Ceiling fan in the master bedroom was not working properly. I called and talked to a very pleasant peson. The maintenance guy called me back promptly (also very nice guy). The fan was replaced the next day. The furniture was all much nicer than normal beach quality furniture. Things that should have been done: receive the Rules and Regulations prior to arrival (e.g. don't bring luggage carts into condo--we were already in before we read that rule!) and having some instructions for the TV streaming or cable. Things that would have made for a better experience: chair or handicap height toilets (I'm 6'1" and these were really low!); cushions for the balcony chairs, nonslip bathtub mats and/or tub hand rails, pool umbrellas or some kind of shade around the pools. Entry to the building and parking is very different from what I've previously experienced in condos. It is more like a hotel. You enter into a lobby where you take an elevator to your condo level. You park in a multi level parking deck which requires some walking to get to the elevators or stairs taking you to the lobby or condo level. This parking situation might keep me from reserving this condo again.
