Beach Colony West PH 19B – The Penthouse Oasis

The condo was beautiful, clean and had everything that the 5 of us needed. The view of the gulf from the 19th floor balcony was amazing, as was the view of the sound. The pier, the restaurants and the turtle conservation center were all within walking distance. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful condo with amazing view. Family had an outstanding vacation and we felt at home in our condo. The specific/ private parking space was nice as when you left and returned you knew exactly where to park and no worries looking for a parking spot.

room was great. had a fun time with family. so far, best beach getaways are good people to do business with.

Loved the views from this condo! Balcony was my favorite spot - spacious balcony, the condo was very clean and kitchen had everything we needed for cooking in on occasional nights. Wonderful condo experience!

Very Customer Service oriented.

Couple of suggestions, maybe put a few floor flans in the unit, luckily we brought our own because I noticed in the pictures that the unit had no ceiling fans. Also, had to go by a pot for soup, no pan was big enough.

Awesome view, plenty of space and sleeping. We will definitely rent here again.

We enjoyed the swimming pool. It's very nice and clean ! We really enjoy Navarre properties. We've also stayed at Summerwind and we enjoyed Beach Colony too .

We loved it! That's why this is our 4th year using NP. It would have been our 5th, but one year NP did not have anything for the time we needed. We love using Navarre Properties. You have good to us every year. Fast with maintenance (when needed) easy to check in.

We love the beach! We eat out there often and do some shopping here and there. We actually stayed during the 4th of July and the fireworks were pretty cool.
Your team is always helpful and friendly. It was a beautiful unit! Felt like royalty. :)

The entire experience was more than we hoped for from start to finish. My friends were thrilled with the accommodations and views. The food was delicious wherever we dined. The shells were abundant in quantity and variety. Navarre Beach is one of my favorite places to visit.

The location of the condo complex was perfect - right off bridge and within walking distance to restaurants.
The unit itself is gorgeous. It was beautifully decorated, updated and clean. The balcony was our retreat every morning and evening. The views from the unit are almost 360 degrees.
The owners and property staff were great to work with.

We love your properties. They are always clean and welcoming.
They are always helpful and keep you abreast of anything that may happen. My son's car lights started flashing when we were in the condo. A staff member took the time to come to the condo and inform us. He could have just walked by, but he took the time to do the right thing. That is great customer service.

I Had The Most Amazing Time At The Penthouse! Lovely Place! The View On The Balcony Was Amazing! A Sense Of Peace And Tranquility Is What I Experienced. The Rooms Are Spacious As Well With The Master Bedroom Sliding Door Out To The Balcony A Work Of Art! Even The Master Bathroom With the Jacuzzi Has A Spectacular View Of The Ocean. The First Floor Has A Great Gym Also With A Beautiful View Of The Beach! Great Access To The Locals Are Super Friendly! There's A Road That Has Small Private Beaches With The Most Gorgeous Views. Easy Access To Stores and Places To Eat. I Can Go On And On, You'll Have To See For Yourselves.

Very smooth process. Also, I don't know what business they use or if the have their own cleaning crew, but our room was VERY clean. We have stayed in several BC condos with different rental agents. This was by far the cleanest. Even areas like behind appliances and under furniture that seems to be missed in most!

19B was luxurious. The kitchen was clean and had everything needed to cook a few meals. The furniture was amazingly comfortable to watch movies on. The balcony and view were by far the best I've stayed in.
