Perfect vacation for your family at Beachview Condominiums!  This 3 bedroom 3 bath townhome is in the newer building at Beachview which fully faces the Gulf of Mexico.  Enjoy the warm gulf breeze from the balconies.  Access the beach by opening the sliding glass doors which face the gulf and walk down the rear balcony steps to the sugar white sands of Navarre Beach.  The living room is decorated in beach casual colors with two comfy sofas and an overstuffed chair to sit with family and catch up on the day's happenings.  Enjoy watching television on the wide-screen TV also in the living room.  The kitchen is fully equipped with major appliances and everything that is needed to prepare fresh meals for the family to enjoy.  Gather around the large dining room table which seats 8 and catch up on the day's beach activities.  The master bedroom features a king sized bed, en suite bathroom with soaking tub, and a work desk for those who need a space to work with a view of paradise.  Guest bedroom 1 has 1 queen bed and a 1 twin.  Guest bedroom 2 also has 1 queen and 1 twin bed.  The laundry area has a washer and dryer to wash laundry as needed.  Enjoy the amenities of Beachview including a swimming pool and tennis courts. ***Saturday to Saturday - 7 night stay during Peak Seasons (6/1 to 7/31)

We had a great stay at Beachview 5 - plenty of room for our family and a well-stocked kitchen as we like to cook! The views were beautiful, even if the beach was a bit crowded. Responsive staff for any issues, etc. We enjoyed our vacation at Beachview 5!

Truly awesome location, close enough to bridge/pier, far enough to not be over crowded, and right between two walkways to beach. After location, our favorite things about Beachview 5 were bathrooms attached to each bedroom (master bath was nice sized, other two very small but still great to have), beds were comfy and furniture inside and out on porches was in good shape, A/C and hot water heaters worked well. Kitchen was very small, but we made it work, and we cook a lot. We would recommend a second refrigerator in garage, if possible. Loved not having to go to realty place to check in and out. They did call and check on us after we arrived, but we had no issues. Highly recommend Beachview 5!

#5 BeachView— interior is neat and clean and as good as the photos. Lower balcony has a restricted view of the beach (due to the sand dune) but upper balcony is awesome! Everything was in working order, talked with maintenance on an item or two and was taken care of quickly. Family had a great time!

The town house was neat, clean and stylish. Almost everything we could have needed in them kitchen was provided. We enjoyed being right on the beach and enjoyed the area itself.
You all were very easy to work with and kept us update on checkin information. Very communicative.
