We have stayed in PCB multiple times at different locations and condos. This is our favorite by far! The condo is a 1 bedroom with 11/2 bath, with washer and dryer, was beautifully decorated, had just enough items in the kitchen, very very clean, and the most comfortable bed! We really loved that it was close to the elevator for the ease of bringing our groceries, items from the beach, etc. without a long walk. The Calypso has a tiki hut for drinks, and it has a 24 hr little shop that has things you may need. It is a 5 minute walk to Pier Park for shopping and dining. We rented a car and love the 24 hr security and 3rd floor access to the parking garage.

I loved this condo! Very clean, even the whole facility smelled and looked clean our entire stay even with all the beach goers. There’s a tiki bar by the beach and 2 pools. This condo is on the 18th floor and was directly off the elevator which was perfect (noise wasn’t an issue and was minimum). The condo sits directly next to pier park with lots of shops and food. And if you take a stroll down the beach on the other side of the pier is a dog beach where you can see all the doggies living their best life. I can’t say I’d stay at a lot of condos again but this one I definitely would! Price was unbeatable which scared me on the quality but it was fantastic and the owners were great. Parking garage is gated which makes leaving your car behind carefree. 10/10!

only negatives-Room could have had some more casual seating. Pull out bed was very uncomfortable.
Positives:
Room is right outside the elevator, very convenient. Beautiful view, nice access to beach.
Pool was great. Good eating within walking distance.
Will definitely return!!!!
