Please note you will be required to pay $50 per vehicle to register your car, one bedroom units are allowed one car and 2/3 bedrooms are allowed 2.

Calypso 703W was AWESOME!!! Great condo nicely furnished and very clean and up to date. So nice to have a parking spot under the condo for quick in and out trips. Location is great for walking to eating/shopping. Free beach service is always a plus!! We will definitely be back to use this rental property.

Calypso is our choice of condos when coming to PCB for its location. 703W was great. Very well kept. Clean. Beautiful decor. Stunning views. The included beach service is a great value. The only con for this condo is the master bedroom mattress is very uncomfortable. We are spoiled with a Sleepnumber at home, though. So maybe it wouldn’t bother most people!

There is a reserved parking spot directly under the condo, which is so nice. However, please be aware that the spot is meant for compact vehicles. We drove down in my Jeep Wrangler. Had we come down in my husbands regular size pickup truck, we wouldn’t have been able to park.

This is our second time using Best Beach Getaways and won’t be our last. So easy to work with.

We loved our unit. It was spotless when we arrived. It was quiet. The view was magnificent. My only complaint was about the poor lady in the parking garage. She was as kind as she could be but she knew nothing about the owners parking under the west building. We got it worked out but it took some time.
Thank you for a wonderful weekend on the beach. We will be back.

What a great place to stay ! The condo is as nice as shown in the pics, super clean... well equipped kitchen ..great ocean front location and across from pier park... shopping/ restaurants... vip parking by elevator... 2 beach chairs an umbrella included... and the property managers are great. we had a small issue, sent a text, got a immediate reply and taken care off.....this 62 yo couple highly recommends.... ty best beach getaways.... we will be back !!

The condo was just as described. The space was clean and had everything we needed to have a great time. Comfy Master bed. The bathrooms are a bit dated but clean and functioning well. The elevators were slow but that's to be expected when you are trying to service such a large complex. This seventh floor unit was do-able for us to take the stairs if needed, especially going down. Location to our favorites like Pier Parr, Diego's Burrito Factory and beach shops was great. Beach chair reservation is a valuable plus for this unit.
