This luxurious three-bedroom, three-bathroom end unit condo located in the heart of Panama City Beach. This newly remodeled condo offers stunning panoramic Gulf views from two of the bedrooms, perfect for watching the sun rise and set over the horizon. This unit has BEACH SETUP included! Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and plenty of counter space for meal preparation. The spacious living area is perfect for entertaining, with plenty of seating and a flat-screen TV, not to mention the extra large wrap around balcony with plenty of seating for all. Guests are allowed to park 2 cars onsite. Please note, only 2 parking spots allowed and no boats or trailer are permitted on the lot. Owner has updated patio furniture, July 2024!!

Master with incredible Gulf views has a King bed and ensuite bath with a private vanity and a stand alone oversized shower.
The Second Guest room also has a King bed with incredible Gulf views and a private bathroom with a stand alone shower.
The third bedroom has 1 Queen and 1 Full bed and a Flat screen TV. There is a bathroom off the hallway with a tub shower combo.
The living room has a Queen Sleeper Sofa.

The Commodore property sits on the quiet end of Thomas Drive just outside the entrance to the State Park and walking distance to local restaurants, shops, and marinas. You will find it easy to fall in love with the great outdoors at this complex with so much to do! 24-hour security is visible for extra security in and around the complex. Look no further, Commodore is the ideal spot to find a little "R and R."

Probably the cleanest condo we have stayed at, housekeeping did an excellent job.
We really enjoyed the stay at the condo and the property.
Very nice outdoor furniture, appeared to be new on side facing the gulf.
Condo was well furnished & remodeled
Liked it so well, we already made 2024 reservations!

Overall, our stay was amazing at this condo. It is in a perfect location and has a giant balcony space which was wonderful to sit outside and watch the ocean. It was very spacious and had more than enough room for our family of 6. I loved how it wasn't busy on the beach and we had the chair service that came with the condo so that was really nice as well. There is only one downside to our experience and that was just with our shower in the master bathroom. The cleaning team didn't do their best and the walls of the shower and the floor of the shower were not well cleaned and they left behind some of their cleaning supplies in the shower. An easy fix though! Besides that it was great!

We could not have been happier with our stay at The Commodore (unit 401). It had everything we needed and the location was perfect!!! I hope we can book there again soon. I would love to go again.
