Edgewater Beach Golf and Beach Resort. If you’re looking for a resort condo rental in Panama City Beach, you’ve come to the right place. It’s got everything! And the Windward Building is located at the quiet end of the resort! Resort is doing concrete work 3/11-5/21, there is a possibility of some noise during the work process!!

This place has it all for everybody. Tee times for Dad, massages for Mom, tennis lessons for the teenagers (when they’re not cruising up and down the strip) and a kid’s club!

It is a beautiful 1st floor unit!

The LIVING ROOM’s got plenty of sitting are and there’s queen sofa that’s good for sleeping two. Flat Screen TV with cable so that when you’re not on the beach, at the pool, on the course, in the spa, you can tune into dozens of different channels. Or if you want, flip open your laptop and surf the web on the high speed internet that’s available. But if you’re doing all that instead of spending time on those sugar white sand beaches you’re really missing the boat. They’re spectacular. The best in Florida, I think. And the water’s why they call this the Emerald Coast.

The MASTER BEDROOM has a queen bed. Of course, there’s a TV so that you can relax while the kid’s are napping. There’s plenty of space to store your beachwear. You even have high speed internet access.

The MASTER BATHROOM has a beautiful granite sink with shower. And there’s a second bath as well.

The full KITCHEN area’s big enough to fix a meal but it doesn’t eat up all the space. You’ll love all the upgrades.

If you want to eat in and spend some family time there’s a roomy table.

The Washer/Dryer is easy to get to in the unit so you can keep everybody in clean clothes.

With this bedroom and the pull-out sleeper sofa you’ll comfortably sleep 4.

I have been going to Edgewater Beach Resort for the last 20 years. This is my first time over on the Winward Leeward side. Can I say clean? I’d like to know who your cleaning agency is it was fantastic. my only grief was that neither TV was working. That is to say it wasn’t programmed, which was a shame because it was a football weekend. the beach gate code box is impossible to see at night too low too dark. I know that’s not your issue, but you could pass it on other than that. I’m looking forward to again going to the same location as it was ideal for us.
As a sidenote, I need to schedule a week starting Saturday before the Fourth of July through the Saturday after Fourth of July. If you are managing a tower three bedroom three bath, please let me know.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Edgewater Windward unit. The location is great and the updates are lovely (flooring, countertops, paint...very pleasing). It was nice of the owner to have the hall closet stocked with beach chairs. We made use of those as well as the sand sifter. The cleaning staff could be a little more thorough and the shower drains really need snaked and cleared, but those are the only problems we encountered. The check-in process was simple and all the appliances were in good working order.

We loved our stay in windward 105. Condo was clean and has nice furnishings. Only steps away from the beach was great and having multiple pools to enjoy was a nice addition. Instructions and communications were very good from best beach getaways. We would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to returning.

My husband, myself, & 3 year old was very satisfied with our stay. The room was clean, on the quieter end of the resort so the beach wasn’t crowded and the first floor made taking everything to the beach so easy. The room had everything we needed and even had chairs and boogie board in closet. Check in was easy and room was ready early. Easy access to the hotels larger amenities and the security was a huge plus. I would stay here again and highly recommend.
