Completely renovated with all new flooring, new bath, new kitchen and new paint in March 2023. This condo is beautiful and bright and will always be a favorite for your family.

Gulf 103 is a favorite for so many. We can't stop talking about how convenient this condo is to everything on the Gulf side. Gulf side pool is right outside the sliding glass doors. The picnic, gym and the walkway to the beach are right beside this condo. No other condo can compare! The Lazy River is a short walk across the Pedestrian Bridge to the Bayside. Don't forget, there is also a marina on Bayside for you and family to fish from.

Open Concept living room/kitchen/dining area offers views with floor to ceiling patio doors that lead out to your own view of the pool. Master bedroom has a king size bed and Private bathroom. There is also a bunk room with it's own private bath and sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with every tool needed to make a gourmet meal or a quick bite in between pool and beach stops and the picnic area just outside has charcoal grills available for your use. We have tv's in each of the bedroom equipped with cable. Wi-fi is free and we do have a washer and dryer for your convenience as well.

Destin West is in a prime location. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, or strolling the beach. You won't have to go very far to find something for everyone. The fishing pier is a nice walking distance from the condo where you can fish or catch a good sunset. We have so many pools to choose from on beach side and bayside as well as a 700-foot lazy river, several hot tubs and a marina. These will keep your family busy during your stay for sure.

Great service from BBG!!! I would definitely recommend and use again. The only issue was the outlets in the condo did not work so it made it frustrating trying to charge phones, speakers, and laptops which were all a necessity. The two TV's in the bunkbed room did not work either which was a bummer. I would suggest reaching out to the owner to fix these issues as they were a huge inconvenience. Some of us had to work while on vacation and could not charge our laptops or phones to do so. Other than that, we had a fantastic experience.

Our 2nd stay at Destin West. This room was significantly better than our previous stay. Location is great, outdoor furniture is wonderful, room was clean and had everything we needed. Two very minor complaints- musty smell in front bedroom and one of the kitchen cupboards (odd that it was only one)…realize climate plays a huge role and this may be unavoidable. Bed in the master has some peaks and valleys ? but was not completely miserable. Overall we had a great stay!

Destin West Gulf 103 is all about location! My husband prefers the ground level units and this one is closest to the beach! The unit is beautifully decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped with everything you need. The living room area is spacious and we especially loved the patio with nice outdoor furniture. The table & chairs were perfect for our morning coffee and breakfast. We have stayed at Destin West many times through the years; enjoying the Beach & Bay Area. Gulf unit 103 is our new favorite! We had a wonderful time!

Unit 103 on the gulf side is lovely. The condo has been renovated recently and was very clean. The location in the building is great because it’s very close to the beach. We only encountered 2 very minor inconveniences: there isn’t a full length mirror in the unit and the iron doesn’t work/leaks water. We would definitely stay here again!!

This condo had so many nice upgrades. The kitchen, bathrooms, bunk-beds, and patio right beside the pool and beach access were amazing! The only issues we had were with getting the TVs in the bunkbeds to connect to the cable but that wasn't that big of a deal. We also had one issue with the dishwasher, but a maintenance guy was out to fix that within the hour. Overall fantastic experience at Gulf-103. We would definitely book this condo again in the future!
