This beautiful home with community pool is nestled in the popular Crystal Beach Community in Destin, Florida. A great place for a wonderful vacation with family and friends.

Cool off in the community pool which is directly across the street or stroll down to the white sand beach and take a dip in the Emerald Gulf. Enjoy walking, jogging, skating and bicycling throughout the neighborhood, with it's charming white picket fences and pastel cottage homes. Come home and relax and enjoy the beach breezes on either of your wraparound porches with Gulf View. Believe it or not... in the summer, you can listen for the music of the ice cream truck! Just a one minute walk to rent bikes for the family, get a cup of fresh coffee, and eat a wonderful meal at Camille's Restaurant or 790 on the Gulf located directly on the beach.

'Island in the Sun' is a fantastic home with four bedrooms and three baths. There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a large living area, and a laundry room with a brand new washer and dryer. Televisions in all bedrooms and the living room. Free wifi.

This home is absolutely gorgeous. The layout is perfect for (3) couples. The kitchen is better stocked than mine at home. The house has lots of board games, card games, jenga, books etc. You could not ask for a more perfect location, the pool is literally a walk down the driveway and the beach is a 2 minute walk. The beds are comfortable and the house was very clean. I highly recommend this home.

We loved our stay at Island in the Sun. The house was the perfect size for our group and the location fabulous. Street noise from main street behind the house is a bit loud at times but the neighborhood was great. House is just steps from pool and the walk to beach access is < 5 minutes with littles in tow. Kitchen was well stocked.

We very much enjoyed the home! Steps from the pool. Short 5 minute walk to the beach! Each bedroom has its own balcony and bathroom! Gorgeous wrap around porch! Private off the street!
