La Costa is in walking distance from the Historic Bridge Street, the Hub of entertainment in this wonderful beach community, a street where you can shop, dine, and play from beach to bay. The free trolley also makes a stop on Gulf Drive, very close to La Costa. Take the trolley to the beach or anywhere else you want to visit on the island without worrying about getting sand in your car. Visit downtown Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach, or any of the local restaurants or establishments. You can even jump on the trolley for just a scenic ride around the island! In addition to the free trolleys, locals and visitors alike can travel up and down the island for exceptional quality seafood restaurants and coastal living shops via bike, golf cart, kayak, or boat. This area also offers a great variety of boat tours, fishing charters, parasailing, scuba diving, and Golf among many other exciting activities. The LaCosta 118 condo was great place to stay on Anna Maria Island. The recent renovations were obvious and we really liked the location being on the second floor and at the end of the complex. We also enjoyed the Gulf side view. We would like to see the screen attached on one side of the outdoor patio.

Our week stay at La Costa was great. We were so happy with unit 118. It was clean, beautifully decorated and an easy in and out location. The beach was fantastic and we really enjoyed the screen porch. Easy check in and we had no need to contact management for any issues. We will return again!

the Unit has been update and decorated beautifully... Any concerns were answered and dealt with promptly. Appreciate the parking area being covered . Pool was clean and refreshing to be in.

The unit was beautiful. The view is amazing. Enjoyed our stay. The weather was mostly too chilly for the beach but our deck allowed us to feel that we were at the beach each day. The office was most accommodating and helpful in every way with the most cheerful staff. Maintenance kept the area clean and maintenance was done immediately. We were there for the month of January and will return next year. We have been snowbirds for several years and this is the best condo in every way.

Wow, what an amazing week. Our place was beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony and watching the sunset. Bethany was amazing and did her best to make our stay perfect!
Our only concern was there were never enough chairs for the beach. If we did not get out there by 7:15 AM to get the chairs, they were all gone. With the beach being the reason for staying at LaCosta it was disappointing to feel stressed about not having a chair to enjoy the day on the beach. I would encourage the purchase of more chairs.
