La Costa is in walking distance from the Historic Bridge Street, the Hub of entertainment in this wonderful beach community, a street where you can shop, dine, and play from beach to bay. The free trolley also makes a stop on Gulf Drive, very close to La Costa. Take the trolley to the beach or anywhere else you want to visit on the island without worrying about getting sand in your car. Visit downtown Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach, or any of the local restaurants or establishments. You can even jump on the trolley for just a scenic ride around the island! In addition to the free trolleys, locals and visitors alike can travel up and down the island for exceptional quality seafood restaurants and coastal living shops via bike, golf cart, kayak, or boat. It was a good week. We swept the condo but had no dust pan to sweep up sand. Not sure why wrist bands were needed for pool. It was a slow week which made for a great week. We will book again ??

We stayed at La Costa 205. We've not stayed in this area for years so a little uncertain. The unit was super clean, direct ocean front and well laid out. I could be at the pool (or ocean) in about 60 seconds. Parking was easy and covered. Easy access to main thoroughfares and many restaurants. We will be back!

Really enjoyed our stay, did not like having to wait on pickle ball key to court or waiting for code to laundry. Otherwise we know now and will be staying again!

For next year it would be nice if they replaced the high-top dining table with a standard height table. The current table and chairs are worn out and not comfortable for older clientele.
It was nice that they finally replaced the table and chairs on the lanai, and the replacements were great. Also, the shades were a welcome addition from last year
