The Marbella Villas are in walking distance from the Historic Bridge Street, the Hub of entertainment in this wonderful beach community, a street where you can shop, dine, and play from beach to bay. The free trolley also makes a stop on Gulf Drive, very close to the Marbella Villas. Take the trolley to the beach or anywhere else you want to visit on the island without worrying about getting sand in your car. Visit downtown Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach, or any of the local restaurants or establishments. You can even jump on the trolley for just a scenic ride around the island! In addition to the free trolleys, locals and visitors alike can travel up and down the island for exceptional quality seafood restaurants and coastal living shops via bike, golf cart, kayak, or boat. This area also offers a great variety of boat tours, fishing charters, parasailing, scuba diving, and Golf among many other exciting activities. My stay in LaCosta 109 was amazing. The condo was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. We watched the beautiful sunset directly in front of our unit every night. The beach was awesome and only about 100 ft from our condo. Best vacation ever!!!

This Villa has lots of amenities especially beautiful sunsets enjoyed on the patio. We enjoy the clean beaches with chairs available to use and heated pool. Best Beach Getaways does an awesome job making sure all issues are handled quickly and making our stay wonderful. We look forward to many more visits to AMI at Marbella Villas.

We loved the condo! It was so convenient right on the beach, personal parking and clean. The only complaint was both the sliding doors were difficult to open and one would not lock.

We used Best Beach Getaways to book Marbella Villa 3 this summer. It was easy to book online- great communication via email. Upon arrival, unit was clean, stocked with basic necessities, and had a beautiful view of the gulf! Would use again- thank you!

Just a few feedback comments. Overall we loved the condo, the location, the accommodations. Below are a couple of suggestions:

1. We could not figure out how to operate either of the TV's. Would be of value to future guests to have a written set of instructions. Not watching TV is a good thing especially when there are may other things to enjoy. All the same, the guests should have the option.

2. Parking: We were in unit 3, and it appeared each unit had assigned parking. The parking spot for #3 was accessible via a garage door. The door however did not have a key pad. Not sure if that is intentional, maybe provide clear guidance on what the parking situation is specifically for unit#3.

3. The smoke alarm started going off when we were preheating the oven. We did not have anything in the oven, just trying to preheat to 425 degrees. Had to open the front door to create a breeze through the unit before it would turn off. We did not use the oven for the remainder of the stay as a result.
