Pelican 305 @ Destin West Bayside is a 2 bedroom plus bunkroom condo that sleeps 10 and is newly updated and back on the rental market. Be the first to stay in this condo that has always been a popular condo that books quickly.

--Master bedroom has King bed and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and jetted tub. Large walk in master closet . There is also a fold out sleeper chair (twin sized).
--Living room has walk-out to the balcony with amazing views of the lazy river and garden area and sleeper sofa.
--Guest room has Queen bed
--Bunk room has twin over full bunk bed.
--Every bedroom has it's own mounted TV with DVD player.

Kitchen is complete with everything needed to make meals for your family. Complete with cookware, baking dishes, dinnerware, silverware, Keurig and a regular coffee pot, crockpot as well as several other small appliances.

What a wonderful place to stay, and celebrate the end of summer with our grandchildren! With pools and the lazy river just steps away and the beach just a brief walk, we could easily enjoy both. Great location, lovely condo! Easy check-in and checkout!
