This was our third time staying at Runaway Bay. We love the complex. The condo was very nice. The only issue we ran into was my wife locked herself in the bathroom because once the door is closed, there is no handle on the inside and the outside handle doesn’t open it. I had to slide a butter knife under the door so she could break out. Other than that, all was well.

This was our second´stay since the pandamic. Great team, replys to all questions or concerns ( e.g. hurricane Idalia) which come up during travel immediately. All issues are adressed promptly.
The condo was clean and ready on time. Again we hat a great time at Runaway Bay

We loved our week at Runaway Bay. The heated pool was beautiful and the grounds of the resort are wonderfully kept. Our unit could use some updates, particularly in the bathroom, but the space was great and had all of the comforts of home.

Great condo, great location. We really enjoyed our week at AMI. Staff was very friendly, unit was very clean. Only real complaint was complex trash bins were very gross and smelled awful and were usually overflowing.

The condo is nice and clean. The main issue were the showers. They need an actually shower head installed. The current shower head gets water everywhere and the handles also needs replaced because water leaks out. It was fine but I think you might end up with water damage if not addressed.
