We had a wonderful stay in 292! Very close to the beach, beautiful bay view to watch the boats go by and watch the sun come up and nice amenities throughout. For Memorial Day Weekend, we swam in the ocean and pool every day. We also enjoyed playing tennis when the sun went down. We cooked most of our meals at home in the well equipped kitchen. We are looking forward to staying here again!

We had a lovely time at 292. We are local just a few miles away and ex islanders. This year we decided for a stay cation. The condo needed a few repairs but the beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked for cooking in. We utilized it alot. The only thing we missed was a blender. We did bring our own Kuerig. We had plenty of towels for the beach and all the beach toys were provided. The next time I will make sure we are on the first floor. The sun rises from the second floor balcony were awesome. Over all our expectations were met. I would recommend Runaway Bay to family and friends.

Stay was wonderful except for one item that will mention below.
Our unit was great, excellent location, clean, beautiful and very comfortable furnishings,
really nice!!
The Run Away Bay property was clean, beautiful, and well keep, we had really nice neighbors and our property manager Susan was fantastic! We had a smoke detector start beeping, Susan was at our door within minutes with a new battery to fix the detector.
Only disappointment is that there was only one useable frying pan in the kitchen and it was very small, only large enough to cook an egg. All other pans where scratched/damaged and not suitable to be used. Thank you, would love to be able to stay in Unit 292 again.

These are the comments from my daughter and family who resided in unit 292.
Our condo was great. Had a great view. I thought the furniture, kitchen items, and supplies were satisfactory. I was happy to find the closet with the beach chairs. Great washer/dryer. I would stay here again.

Condo was well equipped and spacious. Beautiful view from the balcony. Location was ideal with easy beach access.
