This beautiful three-bedroom, three-bathroom vacation rental home is in the quaint community of Magnolia Cottages by the Sea, beautifully integrated into the surrounding nature.


Inside this incredibly cozy home, the living room features plenty of seating, perfect for watching the big game on the flatscreen TV. There is a full bath that is right off the living room to clean up after a day at the beach. The kitchen features a large stainless fridge and plenty of space for family meal preparations. There is also additional seating for five along the kitchen bar which invites gathering & community for the whole family. At the end of a nice day, enjoy a homemade meal with family and friends on the large screened-in porch and relax!

Moving through the home, there is a bunk room with 2 set of twin over full bunks and a queen bedroom that has a private bath for a relaxing soak at the end of a long beach day. The master suite features a king bed and a private bathroom which is a true retreat!

Sassy Seahorse is only a short distance away from the hottest 30A hotspots- you can easily walk to Alys Beach or bike to Rosemary! Incredible restaurants like Edwards & Caliza have the best cocktails and cuisine in the area. There are endless nightly events going on and plenty to keep you entertained. Seaside is only a five mile drive to the east. There is something for everyone at this sensational home!

Walk to the beach (approx. 200 yards). Private deeded beach access directly across 30-A. You can bring your own chairs but cannot sit in front of Andante Condos to the right of the access point.

We loved the sassy seahorse. Magnolia cottages is a nice, quiet development and the cottage provided just the right amount of space for a family of 5. We loved that the kids could walk to the pool and they loved the golf cart for the beach. Also appreciated the rental credit for bikes as we enjoyed biking up and down 30a and it’s so nice to have them delivered. Everything in the cottage was in good condition and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat in. Best Beach Getways also supplied all the basics (toiletries, etc) and we received everything we needed (check in codes, etc) in advance so everything went smoothly - they make the process very easy.

Precious cottage that was exceptionally clean. Enjoyed the porch, well equipped kitchen, and keyless entry. One of the bedroom’s door would not shut; and had to be propped closed at night. Great proximity to pool and beach.
