Secluded at the end of Scenic 98, tucked beside the Henderson Park, a protected natural habitat, is this two story townhome situated within a block walking distance to the beach. This townhome is ideally located at the quiet end of Hwy 98 where it dead ends at the Henderson State Park. This gorgeous, elegantly appointed home sleeps 4 and is pet friendly for ONE canine companion under 25 lbs, for an extra fee
Upstairs the living area blends from the outside expansive porch featuring high top seating and cozy loungers, to inside where the neutral palette of the open living area has plush seating and additional dining space. There is even a private sunroom tucked away within viewing distance of the communal areas so you can work or check email, while still taking part in cocktail talk! The kitchen is fully outfitted and leaves nothing lacking to create a culinary master piece, from charcuterie to full courses! Off the living area is a full bathroom with a stand alone shower.
Downstairs is all about rest with three bedrooms, two with Queen beds and one with a King. As you come down the flight of stairs to the hallway area, there is a Queen bedroom off to your left. Next to it, a second Queen bedroom with sliders opening to the private lower level courtyard. This courtyard is accessed from both the Queen and the King bedrooms with an outdoor patio sitting area under beautiful oak tree canopy. At the end of the hall is the Master King bedroom. There are two shared bathrooms off the hallway, one is a full bathroom with a stand alone oversized shower, and the other has a water closet on one side and the shower tucked away private from another entrance off the hallway. So each space can be privately used simultaneously.
This home has parking for 3 vehicles right outside the unit. It comes with a certificate towards complimentary beach gear amenities, the certificate amount depends on the length of your stay. You choose whatever items you want dropped off from paddle boards, to kayaks or even corn hole! Look for it in your email once you complete your booking. Guest does not have access to the garage.

The condo was very clean and nice. If you have someone with you that has trouble climbing stairs this is definitely not the place for you. Not only are there a lot of stairs, which was not an issue with us, but you have to hike a mile to find a place to sit on the beach since the hotels along the beach block off the beach in front of their hotels for their gusts only. You have a choice of either find a place at the entrance for the public access point to the beach, which was small, or walk a mile, seems like a mile when walking in sand, to the area in front of the State Park.
Other than that, the condo had a great view of the ocean and is in a nice area with not much traffic.

Wonderful time at Sea Perch. Clean, nice decor, large sunny deck, and location at the end of Scenic US 98, and next to Henderson Beach State Park made for a quiet relaxing environment. Would highly recommend vacationing here.

Great location and beautiful gulf views from the balcony. The condo was wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay. The only downside to the condo is that the bathroom floorplan downstairs with the third bathroom split into a toilet room and shower room is a bit strange. But, otherwise, a wonderful place!

The townhome was perfect for my family. It was clean, equipped and checking in and out was easy. The only reason I did not give 5 Stars is the location. Even though it is across the street from the ocean, you have to walk 1/4 mile to get to the Public Access. When you get to the access, there is only about 40 yards of public beach and it was extremely crowded. However, on the second day we drove over to Henderson State Park and had much more room on the beach.

The property was modern, well maintained, spacious, comfortable, and somewhat secluded. We really enjoyed the deck. Our only disappointment was the distance to the beach access. While there is private beach access across the street, we had to use the public beach access 3 blocks away. Carrying all the beach gear for 3 blocks was a challenge so we started driving to the beach, unloading the gear, driving back to the unit, and walking to the beach. Also, the public beach area is VERY small. While it was not too crowded during our week, we cannot imagine how it will be during peak season.
