Starting Sept 6th the resort is doing elevator modernization and will have one elevator running while the other is being modernized, this should take 45 to 60 days but there will be always one elevator running at all times.

• Queen Suite with oversized glass and tile shower, double vanity. Front Beach Road and lagoon view.
• Private bunk room features twin bunks and it’s own hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.
• Living room features new leather recliner and side chair & new queen sleeper sofa with gel foam mattress.
• Open kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience. Plenty of plates, bowls, utensils, pots and pans. Air popper, blender, toaster and coffeemaker. Side by side fridge with ice maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of space in the pantry.
• In the hallway you’ll find a stacked washer and dryer. Also provided is an ironing board and iron and laundry basket.
• Flat screen TV in living room and all 3 bedrooms.
• Oversized balcony that spans the living room on to the master bedroom, features an electric grill to cook out, round table and 6 chairs and two amazing high top poly wood gliders and table.
• Includes BEACH SERVICE!!

Sterling Breeze is perfectly located at the west end of the beach near Pier Park.
NOTE: Guests of this property are required to pay an additional $50 amenity fee to access the pool and for parking. Guests will be provided a link to register their vehicles and pay the fee prior to their arrival. Each car is $50
