203 Sterling Breeze is located across from Pier Park, a 900,000 square foot shopping center with Dillards, Target, JC Penney, Borders, Cache, Aveda, Grand 16 IMAX Theater, as well as specialty stores such as Shimmering Seas Jewelry, Ron Jon Surf Shop and Unique Boutique by Irene & Co., numerous restaurants from Starbucks to Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville and a park with rides and games for the kids. When you're here, you're only steps from the pool, beach, and entertainment, just bring the suntan lotion!

NOTE: Guests of this property are required to pay an additional $50 amenity fee to access the pool and for parking. Guests will be provided a link to register their vehicles and pay the fee prior to their arrival Each vehicle is a $50 cost per pass.
