Welcome to Sterling Breeze 205!

Our condo three-bedroom three bath beach 2nd floor residence sleeps 10 comfortably because all the rooms and the living area are quite large. You’ll find the balcony views of the world’s most beautiful beaches to be wonderful. We like to bring our binoculars along when we come so that we can enjoy our morning coffee while we watch the dolphins playing in the gulf. We’ve made sure that our condo is decorated for maximum comfort. We wanted to create the feel of home at the beach. We also wanted to make this a home away from home. For us and for our guests. Sterling Breeze is so close to Pier Park you can get to this shopping and entertainment mecca either by taking a short stroll or getting in your car for a five minute drive. We hope you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy some of the unique features of this wonderful beach :Go to the tour section to see a 360 view of the condo. Starting Sept 6th the resort is doing elevator modernization and will have one elevator running while the other is being modernized, this should take 45 to 60 days but there will be always one elevator running at all times.

Sterling Breeze Condominiums in Panama City Beach Florida is a beach front property with wonderful amenities that include: Infiniti pool and hot tub, spa, fitness center, activity room, beachside snack and grill, fire pit, wireless internet in the lobby. Sterling Breeze is perfectly located at the west end of the beach near Pier Park.
NOTE: Guests of this property are required to pay an additional $50 amenity fee to access the pool and for parking. Guests will be provided a link to register their vehicles and pay the fee prior to their arrival. Each vehicle is a $50 cost per pass.

This condo was perfect for our family. We had eight people with us. It is very roomy and large. It is a nicely done, decorated beautifully, and probably the cleanest place we’ve ever ever stayed in. Everything works properly and there’s even a grill on the deck which they came and repaired quickly while we were there. The view was amazing and it’s on the first floor of the room so it is very easy to get to. Is large and well maintained and it is a very easy and quick walk to the beach. we would definitely stay here again.

Condo is super nice and right on the gulf. Very clean and beautifully decorated. The views are amazing. Having a 2nd balcony on the street side is awesome. Condo is updated with new appliances and its a very open floor plan. Sleeps 8 to 10 people with no issues. No worries about a elevator since its on the 2nd floor. 1 of the nicest condo we have ever been in.

Unit 205 at Sterling Breeze is AMAZING!!! I don’t even know where to begin! It’s so spacious and clean. There were 10 of us and we never felt cramped. The beds are comfy, the living room is comfy! THE VIEW, is absolutely beautiful!! To top everything off Tony the owner is amazing!

This unit 205 in Sterling Breeze has the most beautiful, tropical view! It is located walking distance to Pier Park which is very nice since you can dine out and walk back to the room. The unit is in a nice location relative to the parking deck and you do not have to use the elevators. You can walk down 1 flight of stairs to the lobby and pool area. The room pictures are exactly as we found the room. It was clean and met all of our needs. The Sterling Breeze complex has very strict pool rules that they adhere to and enforce to a great extent. They have a sign posted that states no balls of any kind allowed in the pool and no food or drink within 4 feet of the pool or hot tub. A security guard sits in a chair by the pool and enforces these rules. I don't know how many times we watched him tell children to get balls out of the pool. Most of the time, they were those soft balls that are the size of a tennis ball that kids throw around at the beach. If you walked even close to the side of the pool or hot tub with a drink in your hand, he would ask you to get away from the pool. If this type of stringency bothers you, Sterling Breeze probably would not be a good fit for you. It seemed a little over the top to us. We have stayed at many places where guest are in the pool with drinks. Some places even have swim up bars in the pool! We heard other quests complaining that the security guard enforcing these rules so strictly was excessive. But, again I will say the room was exactly as described.

As always, being in Panama City Beach is a wonderful experience. We had a great time. We stayed at Sterling Breeze which has two elevators and one was out of service. That created a huge problem with wait times to get on the elevator. We heard the elevator had been out of service for quite a while. The pool area and hot tub were great. Also, the bar with snacks and drinks was very nice. We had a great view from our balcony. Other than the elevator problem, our stay was really great. We look forward to our next trip.
