I thought the website was easy to use/understand.

We wanted to visit the Gulf coast. I was not a fan of all the seaweed in the ocean but that cannot be helped by Navarre Property staff and after a storm the seaweed issue was much better. We visited the beach/ocean in Navarre but traveled to Destin and Pensacola for shopping/entertainment.
We were very pleased with our vacation. The condo was wonderful and the ease of check-in/check-out was nice. We loved the location. It was a great condo. We did make a lot of our own food and there were not enough pans (for example, no cookie sheet) but we were able to make due. We did kill a few bugs that were in the cupboards. The unit did look more up to date on the website than in real time (for example, the red couch had some dark marks/wear & tear on the cushions). But these things did not affect our vacation negatively.

I reached out to the staff for 1) to make sure they had my cell phone number on check in day and 2) there was an issue with one of the showers leaking (I think this is more a design flaw that an issue with the shower). Both my emails were answered quickly and to my satisfaction.

This condo was very nicely furnished and was very roomy. The balcony furniture was comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen was well-stocked.
The team members were very helpful and friendly and promptly took care of any need we had.

We had a great time! I was nervous about it all working out as this was our first major vacation. It was also our
first time renting a condo (usually hotel). There were 7 of us and this unit had plenty of space. Thank you for a wonderful stay and view!
No problems reaching someone and getting assistance. We had minor issue with leaking tub. It was addressed within 24 hrs. There we 2 other bathrooms so no big problem.

My family found the lodging accommodations to be much more than we expected. The beach was one of the most beautiful that we have ever seen. I will most certainly vacation with Navarre Properties in the future. Suite 1205 had one of the most spectacular views possible, and my family loved it.

I would not advertise the rental as a sleep 10. Couch is really not a sleeper couch. More like a couch with 1 large recliners. Also the property only had 4 bbq pits for the entire complex that we could find. That ment had to either eat early or be prepared to wait. Other than that a great place
