Summerwind 1302C – Slow M’Ocean

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and the decor helped us relax; we were even surprised to receive a call from the Best Beach Getaways office the first full day of our stay just to check in. We visit Navarre yearly, so we are familiar with all of the Gulf Blvd condos. Not sure who/where to leave this information, but along the boardwalk to the beach there were several screws coming up from the planks. This could be dangerous for kids or anyone walking without shoes. We reported this to one of the workers on-site, but also adding it here just in case it helps.

Check in and out was easy. Room and amenities were perfect and area was amazing.

We visited to spend time with immediate and extended family. The sea turtle center was wonderful.
They helped us get wrist bands and security was awesome.

Everything was great with your team except the checkin-would love to have gotten a phone call when our room was actually ready but I do understand that Check IN Day can be hectic SO no worries on that end....

My family & I love coming to the area to visit. We especially love staying at Summerwinds. Its one of the best condos we have ever stayed in. My kids really enjoy the pools and the short walk to the beach. We also love the beach service that is available. I totally recommend staying at Summerwinds!! We really enjoy staying at this property. Everyone is nice. The entire place is great!! Its nice and clean!!
The only person I had dealings with was Isiah. He was the one who made the courtesy call when we had a late check in. He was very nice and respectful. He was also very easy to talk to.

Great experience! It was a very relaxing, peaceful, and fun vacation! One of my favorite things was getting up early in the morning and sitting on the balcony!! I LOVE that all the condos face the beach! It is truly a breath-taking and beautiful view.

We had 12 friends and family that got together for a vacation. We had the best time! The view was absolutely gorgeous and we loved the close and easy access to the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

We had the opportunity to come a day early and were given a reduced night stay so we could wake up on the beach a day early and start our long weekend early.

Everything was great except the dishwasher was broke and the dryer didn't dry well. Had to run it twice. I didn't plan on having to do dishes half of my vacation for 9 people. They replaced it on Saturday we checked in thurs.
The lock on the door was broke. We called down they sent someoine the same day to fix it! Very friendly.

The team that I talked to from the very beginning when booking our vacation was very friendly and helpful as well as the team who checked us in.

Navarre Properties, Summerwind Resort, is our favorite place to stay! We have decided to make this an annual trip for us. The day we leave is the day we start counting down to when we can come back to paradise!
Check in is so easy, as was check out. I called to check on the beach re-nourishment and weather a few days prior to arrival and staff was so willing to answer questions.

Loved the property it had gorgeous views, easily accessible very clean. Can't wait to come back.

This was the most relaxing vacation my husband & I have taken since our honeymoon. We were all ready making plans for our next trip while we were there! I love that every staff member we interacted with (on the phone, or in person) was friendly, it made our experience even better.
Every team member I spoke with was wonderful. They were friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and always helpful.

The condo was amazing..staff was ok...people hoard the carts on Friday's so we had to hand carry all of our stuff down from the 13th floor. Overall, I would stay here again. It was beautiful scenery and the weather was great.

Suggestions...
-This condo needs a bigger broom to sweep with in the kitchen.
-Fix the dryer
-The back left burner on the stove did not work.
The dryer in our condo made a high shrill the entire time it ran. I tried different size loads, different settings, still had the sound. I called the front desk on Wednesday, they sent somebody out, but I never heard anything back from them to let me know. I only knew bc one of the settings was different on the dryer. When trying to explain to the check-out representative that it was still making the sound, he made it sound as if I was the problem bc I had too big of a load or did not know how to work the settings. He acted as if it were something I was doing rather than it just being a problem with the dryer. I am 34 yrs old with 3 children...I think I know how to work a dryer and can tell if something is wrong with it. We had the door shut to the laundry room and the balcony door shut and could still hear the high shrill. VERY annoying!!!

ALSO...the cleaning crew showed up at my condo at 9:30am when I was in the process of carrying all of our stuff out. I thought it was very rude and made me feel rushed.

Stay was amazing...have told anybody who asked about Navarre Beach and summer wind resort. We loved it and have already started looking at dates for another visit!!! Very family friendly and easy access to the beach & bathrooms! Definitely will be back!

The 2 condos we had was spotless. It was perfect! Everything we needed was there at our reach. The beds were so comfortable and clean. It was very relaxing in there. I will be back at Summerwind resort! It was like walking into a new condo! I loved it

Love staying at Summerwind, this is 2nd year staying there and will stay again. Navarre is less crowded than Pensacola or Destin, but is close to everything. We like the close proximity of the Navarre Pier and the Gulf Islands National Seashore!
Team members were knowledgeable, explained everything in detail.
