Summerwind 1405E – Snug Harbor

I really liked the unit. Well kept. Nice location

The one thing I was quite disappointed with this time was that the rental listing when I booked stayed the unit came with 2 beach chairs and umbrella. When I went out to get the chairs, I was told it did not come with the unit rental. I called the property phone number and was told the unit ownership had changed and the new owner did not have a contact with the chair rental company. It would have been nice to be notified since I was counting on this and one of the main reasons I booked this unit!

With the COVID 19 restrictions it was down to the last minute of us being approved to stay. Each email and phone call was answered in a quick, professional manner concerning questions that we had. Thank you to the staff for always being so helpful.

Have stayed there twice,both times had emd unit. Love the large balconies. The views are not bad either!
No negatives to report. Very little interaction. Check-in only took 5 minutes.

Stayed in the East Tower, 2 previous times in the West Tower, does not matter the view is absolutely breath taking. The Gulf was angry for a few days, what a wonderful sound of waves crashing while sitting on the patio (was even on the 14th floor).

Thank you for such a wonderful place - maybe don't share because then it may be harder to get a reservation (LOL being selfish) - see you next year~

The property was great, we stayed in 1405. Everything else was great.
The guest services team were excellent. We had contact with the team members at the front desk and the maintance team members and they were all very polite, cheerful, courtecious, honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable about what they were doing.

We love the Summerwind and hope to make it an annual vacation spot!

We have stayed at Summerwind 4 of the last 5 years and we won't stay anywhere else! The one year away when we booked too late taught us that not all properties operate the same! Summerwind is clean and well maintained, luxurious and safe! We never have a problem with the condo, amenities or staff. Everyone is attentive and polite.
The check in process was smooth and fast. We were settling in our room within 15 minutes of our arrival at the property! The team member that helped us was knowledgeable and detailed!
