This dream home away from home offers spectacular gulf-front views of immaculate white beaches and translucent emerald waters. It is a professionally decorated, brand new, seventh-floor unit. You'll love every minute in this spacious condominium that sleeps up to nine. This unit provides you with a fully equipped kitchen. The dining room table easily seats six, and there are four extra bar stools to accommodate extra guests. The living area has plenty of room to comfortably hold the entire party. This area is perfect for anyone to relax after a long day on their dream vacation. From this area, you can access the balcony via sliding glass doors. The master bedroom includes a king size bed. This room has a private bathroom with a whirlpool tub. The master bedroom also grants you access to the balcony. Just imagine waking up to a beautiful view of the ocean, and falling asleep to the appealing sound of the Gulf of Mexico. The second bedroom has two double beds and shares a bathroom with the common area. This commodious unit also contains a very handy bunk area. This is a designated space for a set of bunk beds. This condo is a perfect rental for seven people. It is well maintained and has all the amenities as described. The master bedroom is spacious and comfortable. The condo is right next to the elevator. There is an on-site store, pool, and grill stations. If you like pier fishing this is the perfect rental.

My multi generational family rented several condos at Summer Winds and we all loved it. Ours was well appointed, with plenty of room and a gorgeous view of the ocean. We enjoyed being right on the beach. Our condo also came with complimentary beach umbrella rental. that was a very nice touch.

Summerwind properties are the best. The maintenance in each unit is spotlessly clean and taken care of. This has been very important during this period of COVID. It is our "safe place" to come and unwind.
The Navarre Properties team members are top notch and the best in the business. They know who the customer is and treat them with total respect and are so very helpful always. Would not consider going through any other rental company for a stay at Navarre Beach.

Loved everything about our stay except for the people beside us that kept smoking on their balcony so we didn't get to sit outside on ours a whole lot

The property was very nice. Loved the beach chairs being set up daily. Our unit was decorated cute and the kitchen was well stocked. Only complaint was the tvs were difficult to work. The sink backed up but maintenance fixed when called.
Very responsive to all my inquiries. Check in was right on time.

The condo itself was clean and decorated cute. We were pleased. The other ladies in my group were already looking to book next year. It was a lovely week.

The employees were constantly cleaning and busy. Security was tight, they would stop guest and check if they had their bracelets. We felt very safe.
Management was friendly, informative and professional.

Great unit, clean, comfortable beds, no complaints at all!!
Always friendly and courteous over the phone, this time I met them in person and received the same treatment . We arrived early in the day and they worked diligently to get us in out unit even before check/in, and even after I told them it wasn't expected!
