Summerwind 902E – Family Tides

We enjoyed the views from the balcony, the nice decor and the proximity to the pier. The granite countertops are lovely. The check-in process was easy and we received a notice at 1 pm informing us that our unit was already ready for occupancy! Cory from maintenance responded immediately to our call for help with the broken freezer door handle. Unfortunately the refrigerator is an older model and he had checked this issue previously and found that a replacement handle was not available. This handle malfunction was a continual irritant for us. Also for over $250 a night we felt that Netflix should have been available in addition to basic cable. On a more positive note, the unit and facility were very clean, the elevators were fast, and the keyless entry is very helpful!

We have been coming for 13-15 years. We always look forward to it and hate to leave!

My property was available on time and the easy check in check out process was great. Upon arrival the property was super clean and well maintained. The view was excellent, there was plenty of room for a few more guests in my 1 bedroom property. This place was a great value, and I was able to book directly with the management company. I will be back and recommend to family and friends.

Excellent customer service by Isaiah, great value because I Book Direct with company. Room was super clean, located right next to fishing pier and restaurants. Summerwind 902 was perfect and I will be coming back with my kids and other family to enjoy Navarre Beach. Isaiah did a great job finding me the right property at the last minute. Petra and her staff were very friendly and professional.

Property was very clean and well maintained. Nice amenities and relaxing area. Will definitely consider for any future visits to the area.

We were disappointed the gyms were not open however understood the situation. Also would have been nice to have the gift shop available as well.

We LOVE Summerwind.
your security guard Doug was most nice and helpful. there were several very young children running around without adult supervision and he remedied the issue. We had never seen this many small children around the pool without their parents.

We absolutely love coming to Navarre Beach and staying at the SummerWinds resort. They treat you like family and you can relax and have a good time knowing that you have a feeling of home with you.
They were great and offered up tips and advice for items around the resort and also activities to do during the week.

I will stay again, that says it all. This place is really nice. We love the location.

As I said this is our third year coming to the same unit. I believe that speaks for itself. We have also booked our stay for 2018. Navarre is truly a place where you can rest and relax it is quiet and there is much to do in the surrounding areas if you want to branch out.
The ladies that maintain and clean this unit do an awesome job the place is spotless when ever we are there. The staff at the front desk is more than willing to take care of any issues or any needs that you have. They are always friendly and knowledgeable.

LOVED our stay. Loved all the kitchen items - blender, coffee pot, all the utensils and dishes!! VERY quiet condo. We loved sitting on the balcony - even w/beach bulldozers!!!

We had a wonderful stay at SummerWind! We never had to wait long for an elevator, the condo was spacious and decorated with quality amenities, the pool areas were nice, the led lights looked great at night, and it was a family-friendly environment.

We lived in Gulf Breeze when our son was born and moved to Georgia to be near family. We have missed Navarre Beach SO much since the day we moved. It was a wonderful experience to bring our son here and see him play in the ocean for the first time! It was the best vacation ever!
