Summerwind 904E – Seagoing

Everything was great. Exactly as expected.

We truly enjoyed our days at Summer Wind Resort. The rooms were visually appealing and our view of the Gulf was specular. The days we were there, were days when the sky and weather wer perfect. I hope we will be able to return.

We really enjoyed our stay. We’ve stayed at Summerwind the last three years and will continue to for years to come. Staff are friendly and helpful. Condos are clean and stocked well for anything you may need. The location is perfect. The pier, beach, and several restaurants are within walking distance. We highly recommend staying here.

Condo very clean, well stocked kitchen for basic cooking, roomy and convenient to beach access.
I appreciate that an office was open on first floor for any needs. Pool was clean and very well maintained.

The property was nice and clean. Parking was good. Lack of carts for luggage was frustrating. Pools were nice and kept up.
The booking was an excellent experience. Very friendly and informative. The only issues that we had was checking out. While trying to finish packing and cleaning out the kitchen, the cleaning person showed up well before check out, around 9:15-9:20. After I answered the door and told her we would be out soon, she then proceeded to let herself into the condo about 15 minutes later without ringing the bell or knocking, so I then had to tell her again, we would be out by check out. Then when we were trying to leave, no carts were available and we had to just put all of our belongings in the hallway because the cleaning person was standing at the door way and would not leave. This was very frustrating and rude, honestly. We ended up vacating the condo a few minutes early because she would not move out of the way or allow us to close the door.

Condo was very nice, clean, and equipped with what you need in the kitchen.
The property is right on the beach, three pools and hot tub. Very quiet and close to the pier.

Navarre Properties has really been great working with over the course of the past several years and we do have our in laws and daughter using you now but we purchased a motor coach in June and I think this might have been our last time at Summerwind and if it is it has been a pleasure and thank you all so much for everything especially Petra for going the extra mile to make the customer experience better

Two times they had to enter the apartment, once for a furniture delivey and once to change furnace filters. They called my cell both times to ensure it was ok. Also, we were pulling a trailer with our motorcycle and they were more than accommodating with letting us park it on-site.

I love the location and can't wait to return.
