The Terrace at Pelican Beach offers spacious meeting facilities, outdoor gas grills, tennis courts, a video game room and covered parking facilities. There are three pools to choose from. Even one in the shade if you’ve gotten a little too much sun. There’s a FREE tram that runs to the beachfront building from 8am-6pm. You’ll find the elevators take you quickly to our unit too! Plus, the location is perfect because you are close to everything Destin has to offer, from outlet shopping, to waterparks, to great restaurants and more.
.You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.
