Tidewater 1809 is a 1Br/2Bath gulf front condo located on the white sandy beaches of Panama City Beach! This beautiful condo features the master bedroom on the gulf with wall to wall views of the sparkling emerald waters. Enjoy waking up to the sound of the waves every morning. Beach service included during season.

The kids will love the separate bunk area for playing and sleeping! Plus, if extra space is needed the sofa pulls out into a queen sleeper. Warm and inviting decor will make you feel relaxed and ready to vacation with all the comforts of home included. HDTV and high speed internet are also available in this unit.

Tidewater is within minutes to Pier Park, The City Pier-a local fishing spot, Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Dusty's Oyster Bar, Ron Jon, Pompano's Seafood Restaurant and much more. Resort charges a registration fee for parking which is $35 plus tax.

Estoy más que satisfecha!!! Feliz!! Mis vacaciones fueron exelentes ! Hermoso condominio , limpio , en muy buenas condiciones, tanto mi entrada como mi salida fueron muy fáciles a tiempo , además todo el personal del Tidewater , como la de BEST BEACH GETAWAYS ME HICIERON MI ESTADÍA MUY SATISFACTORIA !!! Sin duda alguna regresaré el próximo año ! Este es mi 4 años consecutivo viniendo al TIFEWATER y seguiré viniendo! Muchas gracias a todos los que hiyposible mi felicidad! ??

The condo was absolutely perfect. The pictures did not do it justice. The view from the balcony was breathtakingly beautiful. The condo was very clean and everything was in its place upon arrival. We had no issues with the door code or gate code. The amenities of Tidewater were great as well. The only issue we had was the wait time for the elevators is ridiculous. We would have to wait anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes for an elevator and there is no taking the stairs when you are on the 18th floor. This is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars. Other than this we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. PCB is like a second home to us and we can't wait to visit again.

Everything was great. We did notice the water would get cold while taking a shower and it was only 2 of us. Aimed to call to mention it so maintenance could check the water heater but forgot.

The condo was great, looked exactly like the pictures and the entire resort was very clean. Staff was readily available and very friendly. Elevators are the only rough spot. Be prepared to wait, sometimes for quite a while.
