Twin Palms 1001

We had an incredible stay at Twin Palms 1001! The unit was spotless upon arrival, and the spacious patio with its comfortable seating was a highlight. Most evenings, we enjoyed dinner outside while taking in the breathtaking view. The overall experience was fantastic. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the beds, which were a bit firm for our liking. However, this was a minor issue compared to everything else, which was perfect. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the condo complex was well-maintained. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

We love this condo and have stayed here twice. It is updated; the furniture is great; the kitchen is well stocked. Our only complaint this time was that it was so dim in the condo. There was not a working fan light in the living room, the kitchen table light was dull, and the two lamps near the sofa barely put off any light. Not sure what happened this year. Still, we'd stay here again if our date were available for next year. We love Twin Palms and this condo is perfect for our family.

Absolutely immaculate condo, stocked with everything needed, perfect location & unbelievable view.

Room was great, only downfall we had were there wasn't a lot of communication beforehand you have to really read the fine print. Nothing bad just some perks we missed out on simply because we didn't know. There were some things that we weren't made aware of until the end of the trip. Overall, the place was great very clean and well maintained. We will defiantly be back!

We had an amazing stay! The unit was spotless, the patio is very spacious with plenty of seating and the location is excellent. The check-in and out process is very simple and requires no waiting in line at desks. We will definitely book this vacation rental again!!

We had the pleasure of staying at this immaculate and beautifully decorated condo this past week. Thanks to the owners and their attention to detail! We spent plenty of time enjoying the views on the spacious balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning and getting sun in the late afternoon while watching the sunsets. The condo complex is the perfect size with fantastic amenities and it is conveniently located to everything including plenty of restaurants and shops and yet far away from the crowded beaches. Will definitely be back again soon!!

Beautiful place, well decorated and comfortable. Could have had a better skillet to cook in. Loved the dehumidifier, made sure I dumped every day. We are sure we will be back in the future.

This was our first time to vacation in the Panama City Beach area. This condo was perfect for our needs. The rooms were clean and spacious and updated. The balcony was so large, comfortable and the view was spectacular. We could sit at night and watch the sunset. The grounds were secure, safe and clean. There were a few minor incidents, and they were quicky taken care of by the caretakers. The people in charge at Twin Palms were friendly, helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be recommending and returning to this condo and also recommending Best Beach Getaways.

The condo was clean and had nice amenities. The laundry room door needed to be repaired while we were there and the service was relatively prompt. Didn't show up the first day as promised but did on the second day after I texted again.

Our stay at Twin Palms 1001 was very nice. Location is perfect, beach was perfect, the use of the beach wagon and chairs is a wonderful added amenity! The balcony was amazing with the tall chairs. I would highly recommend this unit!

We had an excellent time in Panama City Beach at the Twin Palms. Condo was clean and well stocked. Plenty of beach chairs and the wagon was awesome to take everything down to the beach. Would definitely book again!

This condo met and exceeded all of our needs and expectations! It was so nice, clean, well decorated and updated. The beds were super comfy and had enough towels/linens. A huge plus for was the washer/dryer, in every condo I’ve ever rented for some reason the dryer didn’t get hot enough to dry well this one does! It felt nice to have unpack knowing everything was clean. Its location was perfect for us..... literally a short elevator ride and we were on the beach, within walking distance to a lot of shops/restaurants and Walmart. The balcony is HUGE & ample seating area, will definitely rent this condo again if we return to PCB. It was a fabulous vacation!

As for Best Beach Getaway, they are pretty good to work with and have good prices but the only complaints I have is reaching someone there on the phone is hard & the “check in emails” (with all the info you NEED to get into your condo) they send a few weeks prior go to your junk mail so unless you call asking for info you have no clue. They really need to work on their communication skills & customer service on the phone. They are pretty rude and need to work on that as well.

Perfect condo. Very clean. Beach access was very short walk. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the accommodations were. Will definitely book again.
