This beautifully decorated and modern upstairs 4br/4ba villa overlooks the pool and is only a short stroll from the beach. The large living room, with a vaulted ceiling features a flatscreen TV & Blu Ray DVD player and direct access to a wrap around screened porch that overlooks the pool. The dining area seats eight. The open kitchen features modern appliances and a quartz countertop outfitted with barstools. The master bedroom has a king bed with a gorgeous sleigh bed frame, The master bath has a jacuzzi tub, a walk in shower and a double vanity. The first downstairs guest bedroom has a king bed attached to a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second downstairs guest bedroom has a queen bed. A spiral staircase leads to a loft that has a bedroom with two sets of twin over double bunks. There is a sleeper sofa in the living area for extra guests. The loft bathroom has a garden tub, shower, and double vanity. There are large flatscreens in all guest rooms. Hidden Dunes has swimming pools, hot tubs, a lake with a fishing pier, a horseshoe pit, a basketball court, professional quality tennis courts, and outdoor grills.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

Villa 25 was the perfect place for our girls trip! We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The screened-in porch overlooking the pool was perfect for relaxing evenings. The beach was just a short walk as were the pickleball courts, the villa was nestled in the center of the two. The condo was very clean and the covered parking was an added plus.

Overall, a wonderful place to stay. We already loved Hidden Dunes, but Cottage 211 was new to us. It was very comfy and relaxing. The tub/shower is a good size and refreshing. A few suggestions for minor repairs would improve the place even more. The dishwasher is not securely installed and ‘comes out’. The doors to the laundry closet are off track, and one of the window blinds needs a new wand, and the lone window in the second bedroom seems to need fixing, as it was continually filled with condensation. All that being said, we would definitely rent this unit again our next time in Miramar Beach. Thanks so much!

The place was wonderful. Good pools/courts/playground and few minute walk to the beach. Beach was clear and clean. House was clean and spacious. Checkin/Checkout process painless. Would definitely go back again.
