309 Aqua is a gorgeous 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom gulf front condominium located on the 3rd floor of Aqua. Located on the same floor as the walkover bridge from the garage, you can bypass the elevators to get to this beautiful gulf front condo. This condo has 1569 square feet of upscale living space that will spoil you and your family. From 9/16/2024 to 2/25/2025 they will be repairing balconies and parts of the building on the west side from stacks 06 to stacks 11 The large living/dining/kitchen area is tiled and offers breath taking views of the Gulf of Mexico. This is a condo worthy of the most discriminating traveler. The living room features ample seating and a large flat panel tv for your viewing pleasure. The large dining area offers seating for 6 with 2 extra spots at the granite bar. The spacious kitchen features upgraded stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and comes with everything you need to prepare full meals, or just mix up a few cocktails to enjoy on your private balcony while watching the sunset. Beach service is included for 2025. 309 Aqua's master bedroom is a King sized oasis with private balcony access, wood laminate flooring, a king sized bed, flat panel TV, and a huge en-suite master bath complete with soaking tub and walk in shower. Not to be outdone, the other 2 Queen bedrooms are equally well furnished and offer dedicated bathrooms to pamper the rest of your family. The living room also offers a Queen sized sleeper sofa. Singles under the age of twenty-five (25) are prohibited from booking unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. For all family groups, married couples and responsible adults over the age of 25, proof of age is required. There may be additional restrictions regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Age and identity will be verified prior to check-in. Parking passes starting 1/1/25 are now $50 per pass
