No need to wait in long elevator lines when you stay at 306; whether you are using the breeze way or coming back from the pool or beach, this condo is just a few stairs away!
306 Sterling Breeze is a 2 bedroom + bunk nook, 3 full bath condominium (sleeping 8) featuring hardwood and tile floors throughout (carpet free for those of us with allergies). A lower floor condo with a great layout and a large balcony make this a condo you will return to year after year. In case the weather is not as planned, the owner has also provided several books and board games for your family to enjoy.
Both the living room and gulf front master suite have direct access to the balcony and amazing views of the gulf. Eat out or grill out right from your balcony at 306 Sterling Breeze!
NOTE: Guests of this property are required to pay an additional $20 amenity fee to access the pool and for parking. (As of March 15, 2019, parking passes are $20 each with a maximum of 2 passes per unit.) The fee is to be paid directly to the onsite concierge, located in the SkyBridge. **The amenity fee is a flat rate for the entire group for the entire stay, not per person, not per day.**
Singles under the age of twenty-five (25) are prohibited from booking unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. For all family groups, married couples and responsible adults over the age of 25, proof of age is required. There may be additional restrictions regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Age and identity will be verified prior to check-in.
