Waterscape A316 Waterscape A316 is a well appointed third floor, two bedroom, two and a half bath condo with a bunk area located at Waterscape Resort on Okaloosa Island. The beachfront resort sits between Destin and Fort Walton Beach and is close to a variety of restaurants, attractions, and activities. The condo comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom includes a queen bed, and the bunk area has two twin beds. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space when needed. Inside, the condo offers an open and comfortable layout with 9-foot ceilings, crown molding, and a private balcony. Both the primary bedroom and the second bedroom have balcony access and each includes its own private bathroom. The separate bunk area provides additional space for children or extra guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, cabinetry, and a breakfast bar. The unit also includes a washer and dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi. Beach activities such as parasailing, jet skiing, and windsurfing are also available nearby. Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. During Spring Break, the minimum acceptable ratio is one person age 25 or older for every two guests under age 25.
