Changing management companies is not an easy decision. For us, it was the right change. Best Beach Getaways is a company that truly cares about the people it represents and rents to. We no longer feel like we own “just another condo”. It’s that specialized service that makes them stand out from the rest. They address our questions and concerns rapidly which is important to us since we do not live in the area. They are very accessible and have proven to be able to handle the most intricate situations easily. We are able to use our condo whenever we want since they don’t require any mandatory allotment of weeks. Yet, they always keep it adequately rented during the time we don’t use it. We had been vacationing at Emerald Towers in Destin for decades- always as a “renter”.
In 2021, we finally purchased a condo at Emerald Towers.
Our top goal when buying a condo at Emerald Towers was to have a personal vacation spot in Destin. But, we also knew that renting our condo (when we are not enjoying it) would be a great way to share this little slice of heaven on earth with others as well as have some income to offset financial liabilities.
Many rental management companies were recommended to us. After lots of review and discussion, we chose Best Beach Getaways. This was a brilliant decision. The BBG “attention to caring” for our condo has been amazing in so many ways.
Our biggest concerns when choosing a Rental Management Company were ensuring top tier cleanliness, maintaining the optimum rental experience for our rental guests and optimizing financial gains.
The operations team at BBG has been superior- this includes the cleaning team, inspection team (after each cleaning), reservations team and financial team.
Shelley, our Owner Services Manager has been tremendous. Shelley ensures that financial “deposits and statements” are always on time and easy to understand. Shelley also addresses many questions that crop up- she is always accessible and responsive.
Mike, our Reservation Manager is a also top tier communicator- which we really appreciate. Mike works very hard and has kept our condo rented with optimum rentals and financial income.
Erica, our present Operations Manager (previously Delphine managed Destin area- also fabulous) has been really great with communication regarding any condo needs, recommended upgrades or repairs. When we have had any appliance concerns/needs, Erica directed immediate BBG help to avoid any downtime or issues for our guests.
We also receive a monthly newsletter from President Jim- also a great communicator. Jim keeps us updated with the local real estate market and rental conditions - so we are in the know about past, present and future conditions that affect condo rentals.
Finally, we are extremely pleased and very grateful with our relationship with Best Beach Getaways.
