An en suite master with a walk in shower has a king size bed plus twin trundle bed and the guest room has both a trundle and a single twin bed. All rooms have TVs and there is a large flat screen in the living room. Step off your screened porch and a short stroll will bring you to the beach walk-over and our white sand beaches. Or head in the other direction along the wooded paths and reflecting ponds to the main pool and tennis center. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.
